Well the initial check in was okay and I did smell weed when we first stepped of the 3rd floor elevator, because dopeheads are everywhere, but it quickly faded to a new or newly remodeled fresh smell. Great room and great service.

For the price it was excellent. Room was clean. Common areas were clean. The breakfast was good. Not too many choices but the stuff that was there was good. Cereal, muffins, bagel, pancakes, toast, and yogurt. Coffee and juices.

It was a little hard to understand the guy who checked us in. The room was pretty clean, flecks of paint or something in the bathroom. Beds were good. Breakfast was good as well. No real cream for coffee which was a bummer. Overall pretty good for the price.

We had intended to stay at an Airbnb in Memphis but upon arrival it was dirty and smelled strong of smoke so booking this hotel instead was a quick back up plan. This hotel was very clean and comfortable and such a breath of fresh air. The breakfast was fine but free is free and cont complain. Shower/bath area was clean. Bed was comfortable and AC worked great.

We will stay there again. The room was very clean, the bed comfy, and the hotel is far enough off the busy street that we heard no traffic while we there. There is a wide assortment of restaurants and fast food places to pick from. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Definitely will give it 5 stars.

this is a mediocre hotel. I will say safety was a big concern for me once I checked in and smelled weed and saw some questionable characters. the room was clean enough and served the purposes I needed.

Went to check in and they wanted to charge me an extra hundred dollars until i showed them that i had already paid. Then it was an "oh sorry, we have two people checking in with same name". Maybe but doubtful. Got to the room and it smelled like greasy fast-food with a strong odor of old lady perfume. Next morning for breakfast was cereal that was stale and fruit that was mildly bruised and going bad. Never going back to that place.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews. The room was very spacious, clean, updated, and comfortable. I was glad to see a small fridge and coffee maker in the room. The television was big and had lots of channels to choose from. I have no complaints at all. It will be my pleasure to stay there again.

Property was well kept. In waking distance of resturants. Safe area and convenient.
The only negative was that the staff weren’t very friendly. We had to be the initiators of a Helllo or Goodmorning before they acknowledged us. Even when walking in for check in the lady looked up at us and just stared. Maybe just a friendly smile and a look of Happy you chose to stay here with us, would really go a long way.

Rooms clean. The breakfast was fresh and maintained. The associates were all very pleasant.

The good:The staff was excellent! The place was spotless. My room was nice. The location is perfect for convenience to food and shopping. They let me check in early in the day.
The bad:the hotel is apparently in the flight path for FedEx cargo planes coming and going all night, I literally slept an average of 4 hours both nights. Not the place to stay if sleep is important. The breakfast was pitiful and did not offer even one protein? They offer laundry facilities but do not stock the quarters needed to operate the machines.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Everything was in good repair. My only complaint would be that the breakfast was very sparse. No protein, all carbs. Bagels but no cream cheese. Bread for toast, but no butter or jam. The juices tasted old. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

Shower overflowed (handicapped shower) into the hallway. Breakfast was bleah- absolutely no protein (can't count the yogurt, as it has added sugars).
