Loved the hotel, non carpeted floors and the fact that they had work out equipment was a nice touch. Just wanted to warn about hotels.com policy, I purchased an insurance with my trip knowing that we may check out earlier and now hotels.com won’t grant a one night back. Checked out Friday instead of Sunday.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and while there were aspects that I found commendable, I feel compelled to address some areas of concern that detracted from my overall experience.
Firstly, I must commend the hotel staff at the front desk for their kindness during the check-in process. However, I noticed a lack of acknowledgment of guests upon their return to the hotel premises, which I believe could be improved upon to enhance guest satisfaction.
Additionally, I encountered a significant issue during my stay regarding a prolonged fire alarm incident. This alarm commenced on Sunday and persisted until Monday, ultimately disrupting my planned departure. As a result of this inconvenience, I was compelled to vacate the premises earlier than intended, significantly impacting the relaxation and enjoyment of my trip. In light of this disruption, I strongly suggest that the hotel considers compensating affected guests to mitigate the inconvenience caused.
Furthermore, I observed a maintenance issue within my room, specifically in Room 458, where a rusty screw protruded from the shower area, presumably from a previously installed shelf. This visible defect not only detracted from the aesthetic appeal of the room but also raised concerns regarding guest safety and comfort. I urge the hotel management to address this maintenance issue promptly to ensure the optimal condition of guest accommodations.

I had stayed in this hotel many times, mostly on fridays . Yesterday (Saturday night) it was a normal night for me… but this morning (Sunday) they have like a church group right by my room… their music was so loud.. I couldn’t sleep at all! The front desk should’ve known is going to be that loud in the morning and let me know … I’m so disappointed!

I have stayed at the EVEN hotel close to 100 nights this year while building a business in the area. About a month or two ago the hotel has steadily gone downhill. Small things like removing the hand soap from the bathrooms, then on several occasions where the shower products were fallen off of their mountings in the shower and just placed on the floor, products empty or not working. Twice I was put into a room that smelled like sewage gas, and on another few occasions I was put into rooms that had missing chairs, broken walls or other defects. I really wish this wasn't the case because I really like this place. The beds are comfortable, it's in an area where you're close to a lot of restaurants etc. The rooms are quiet and the staff is always friendly. But as their prices steadily increase I cannot justify the sharp decline especially when 20 dollars more dollars buys the same room type at the Hyatt in Conroe that is a completely different and far more luxurious stay.

The bed was great. The staff were super friendly especial Frank in the kitchen. The only complaint i had was the toilet is too low and ours was loose. I would stay again.

BEWARE!!! I stayed at this IHG Even Hotel in Shenandoah/The Woodlands in North Houston for three nights Nov. 3rd - 6th and had 3 different rooms. My first night there, when I was about to leave my room, the door would not lock. The associate at the front desk offered me another room, so I had to pack my belongings and move. Then on my last night, I saw a huge roach crawl under my door and into the closet and, again, staff offered another room, so I had to pack up my stuff, AGAIN, and move to my THIRD room during this 3 night stay. It was a huge inconvenience and I would not stay at one of their properties again. I hope for the sake of their guests that they're staying current on their fumigation schedule. Very disappointed in IHG properties. If given the option, I'd rate this hotel zero stars.

I stayed overnight at the Even Hotel and I saw everything here at the highest level. cleanliness 5 stars, courtesy of employees 5 stars, shower room has white and clean towels. breakfast was not included in my room reservation, but I went down to have breakfast with my own money and I ended up paying $23. the food was delicious and it was worth the money. Have a nice trip everyone

This will be the last time we stay at this hotel. Its been our go-to everytime we visit the area (which is quite often). Everytime we go, its been worse than the time before. This time, check-in took over 20 minutes. There were 2 women, and 2 computers, yet only 1 woman was checking people in while the other one (wearing a hood) just stood there and told us to be patient. It was very uncomfortable and frankly, patronizing. The line was too long for only 1 of them to be doing her job. Her attitude was horrible and we felt punished for using this hotel. It only got worse from there. The room was filthy, the staff woke us up yelling at somebody for an hour in the room next to us; the list goes on. We paid too much to have to deal with everytbing that happened.

The hotel is very nice. The room & fixtures are first-rate. The bed was comfortable. I liked having some exercise accessories in the room. However, there were only 2 bath towels in the bathroom - No hand towels or washcloths. I was told there was one hand towel available, but no washcloths. They were in the dryer. We finally got them, after 2 more requests, later in the evening. I've never before had to beg for linens at a hotel. It was astonishing!
We paid in advance for the breakfast. When we went to the cafe area, we were asked for a voucher, which was never given to us. The desk manager checked our reservation and confirmed that we had paid. There was no choice in the breakfast. It was bacon, eggs, toast .and a cup of fruit and coffee or tea. The next morning, no fruit.

The service was terrible, i never experienced anything liked this. The morning person from the customer service was very rude. She had a room a mix up with some one else. Didn't bother to check the problem to fix it. I did placed the room for 1 night, i showed her the email i booked it only one night. I'll never stay here again.
