Everything was fine. We checked in and received some tips about the area. Room was clean.

Hotel was newer and in nice shape. Employees were friendly. Only problem we had was this is a dog-friendly hotel, and our room had dog kibble on the floor. There should be rooms that are expressly dog friendly and rooms that are expressly people only.

This hotel was just fine. The room seemed older, but had been renovated at some point. The addition of the couch in my room was very nice and the room was quite spacious. The staff were also very pleasant

The room did not disappoint. It smelled and looked clean. This location is positioned near the interstate so it wasn’t super quiet.

This is our second time staying here, our son attends college in Milwaukee and we came to visit and see a Cirque du Soleil show at FISERV Forum as well as celebrating two birthdays.
Paco and Jalen were most accommodating with allowing us to store our birthday cakes since they would not fit in our small fridge in the room. Paco set us up with plates and silverware and allowed us to use the microwave to reheat our dinner after we returned from the show.
Room was comfortable and clean. Comfy beds. We did not have time to use the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was good & coffee was hot.
Love that we were able to bring our small dog along.

Overall my stay here was good. Room could have been cleaner and fresher smelling. Customer service was excellent. Paco was the best,very professional,friendly,helpful and just truly a wonder person.paco made my stay enjoyable inspite of the few flaws with the room.

Hotel was clean but housekeeping did nothing more than empty the trash. Didn’t even make the beds. Pool is tiny and cold.

Pool not open. Never mentioned at checking. Got this hotel for kids to swim. Limited food at breakfast. Waited 1/2 hour for hot food to come out then gone immediately. Front desk worker parked in front of hotel making it difficult to maneuver lot.

Beds are very comfortable which made up for the television programming. Couldn’t watch any tv because the screen would get bad and voices would skip on every channel. Room was as very clean and comfortable.

My room temperature was set on 63 degrees in the middle of winter

The hotel was very clean and modern and updated and all that good stuff. The pool and pool area were very nice as well, clean, well taken care of, and the water was warm. My only complaint was the loud neighbor who was playing music into the morning and you could hear the bass coming through the wall. When I finally called the front desk at 4:15 AM, someone promptly came up and made them turn down the music. That was appreciated.
My room was facing a noisy road so it was just a loud and sleepless night.

The power was out when I arrived, there was a blizzard. I was staying because I had to be to work in the early am. It was already 10pm and I had just gotten off work, I couldn’t find or drive to another hotel at this point. I think some or all of my money should be refunded or a credit should be issued

When i went to the room, the bed was still unmade. I went back to the frint desk and i got a new room and was upgraded. Appreciate that.

Thoughtfully appointed, very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast with several hot items. I wish everyone would go back to reusable cups, plates and silverware rather than plastic and styrofoam. Short of this (which seems unlikely at this point) replace the styrofoam, find recyclable serving items and have clearly marked recycle bins.

We had a good stay staff was amazing. Just room was alittle dirty and water on the floor in the bathroom. Other than that it was good experience. We would still stay there again for sure.

Great place to stay. I have a student at MU and have been trying out hotels in the area. This one will be the one I'll book from now on. Nice, large, clean rooms. Great location. Above average free breakfast.
