Nice hotel

This was our first stay. We came when Pumpkin Fest was in Egg Harbour. Although we weren't there for that. We visited the wineries in the area. The hotel was booked and it was very quiet. I was suprised at how quiet it was with the people there. The hotel was clean, quiet and situated in a very nice area. We were able to see into the bay and also the lift bridge. We really enjoyed our stay. It's a little more money than some of the other hotels in the area but is well worth it. We'll be staying here again in the future.

Property was nice was the room we had on the third floor was old and dirty. Carpet was old, limited kitchen items

Needs updating, no linen service. Front desk was sort of friendly. Beautiful setting, though.

The room was dated and the carpet was old and didn’t seem all that clean. There was a musty smell in the hallway and room. The window air unit in the wall was very loud but luckily the second night we were able to open a window and turn off the air unit. I asked about a different room with a better view and balcony but it was a lot more expensive. They had the rooms because hardly anyone was there. Might try again with a different room and view if the price is right. Location was very good.

It is a little dated, and it an OK value for the price. Nice location.

Paid a lot for a suite and it smelled like mildew. Not to mention the spider webs all around the room and the lack of central air. The least they could do is throw a fresh coat of paint on the walls.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and living room. Very comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable! Needs some updating but we had a great stay!

I came from out of state, haven't seen my family in nearly two years so we booked two rooms for 3 nights and thought this would be the perfect place with the family for all of us to get together. They booked a two bedroom waterfront room since they had the kids and grandkids, I booked a room for myself which was the King Fireplace. Upon my first night I started feeling a little ill, next morning I tested positive for Covid. I checked out the next day explaining my situation to the front desk and they told me there was nothing they could do for the two remaining nights left on my reservation as I was within the 48 hour cancellation policy. I left and quarantined at my brothers home, they stayed and enjoyed the rest of their trip. Once I felt better and returned home I wrote them an email explaining that I had the best interest of my family, the guests and the staff in mind when I checked out early as not to infect anyone else. I hadn't even un-packed or used any of the minimal amenities the resort had to offer. I received an email back from them stating that they firmly stood by their cancellation policy and would not be giving me any consideration that I only stayed 1 night of my 3 night stay. Not even for Covid. Obviously, they are more interested in their revenue flow rather than the guests best interest.

Lobby was welcoming with displays of local wines and miscellaneous items in are to purchase. Fantastic view of the canal and hotel included a pool and hot tub. Best location to museums, attractions, restaurants and wineries. The room was perfect for the 2 of us. The patio was comfortable to sit on in the evenings to enjoy the weather and talk. Employees were friendly and respectful. We will come back. Thank you!

best location and views and clean spacious rooms

Expected more for the price. Room was ok but smelled funky and a little worn down.

Great 2 bedroom suite that is perfet for a family of up to 6 persons.

Nice location. Exterior of the property was beautiful but inside needed some updating. Rooms were clean but not a lot of amenities or conveniences.

Property was run down, limited front desk service, communication about cleaning and replacement towels unsatisfactory, carpet was disgusting

Really nice spot! I loved the view of the harbor and the drawbridge and the shipyard in the distance. Nice pools! Great staff. Highly recommended.

Room was clean but had a slight musty smell. Bed was comfortable. The grounds and surrounding area were nice.
