Stay here due to truck breaking down. Not one complaint and will come back if im in the area again

Very helpful and friendly staff in the middle of a huge blizzard. They were very busy but attentive. Very basic rooms but clean with good beds. Breakfast was convenient and the coffee was really good for hotel coffee. Close to CID.

Hotel is clean, most comfortable beds in a hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff is very friendly as well!

The bed and pillows were amazing, shower was great, and it was very quiet. Awkward finding the correct entrance driveway and then walking in looked like I was walking into a small market. When I asked if I was in the correct spot for check in, the hotel check in guy seemed irritated or frustrated with my question. (Maybe they get that question a lot?) . There was one recycling bin that had trash in it and no other way to make sure recycling was done. I was charged an auto $50 incidentals fee on top of a $125 room plus taxes. $180 for one night with $50 that supposedly will be refunded. A small card with the room key card stated it came with free coffee, tea. and hot cocoa, a gym and a pool. No hairdryer. I didnt know this till check out because i didnt read the card. Read the card to know whats included and what isn't ;) Literally right next to the car rental return and the airport with a free shuttle starting at 5am. Very quiet! They were kind enough and had room to let me check in early, which was super nice of them.

Convenient for a quick trip to the airport

During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus. Anyway, thanks for giving the great experience, although the surrounding is inconvenience this hotel will still an option to visit again in the future.

I was impressed with the hotel’s cleanliness, contemporary furnishings and the gluten free options for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, too. Will definitely stay here again.

Hot breakfast does not mean good breakfast, and they seem to have an insect problem. Other than that it was fine.

If you are a single person who is just going to use the room for sleeping the rooms are fine. They are very small with limited space to work, sit or hang clothes. Not enough room for 2 people to move around.

Place was great. Looks like new and very comfortable. Breakfast on the other hand was terrible. All pre-packed food and a very small variety.

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly! But the rooms were small yet nice and decorated well.

Overall the property was very nice and clean. But the rooms are very small. Breakfast options were ok. Need to have more options for kids other than cereal (waffle maker, scrambled eggs, etc)
