The hot water took forever to get up to the 4th floor that my husband ended up taking a cold shower and was very unhappy about that, especially since he had a sore back. I let the water run for over 10 minutes before it became hot enough to get in the shower.

Hotel and room was very clean and you seem to have more temperature control than most hotels. The breakfast variety was on point with something for everyone. My only complaint is my shower was not hot and pressure a little low. As someone who stays in the area frequently It was a great value and will consider staying here again

The hotel and room was clean, the staff are friendly, and the proximity to Six Flags is a wonderful. They have quick hot cakes (pancakes), cinnamon rolls, omelets, bagels, bread, coffee, and many other food items for breakfast daily. The location is adjacent to a major freeway so if you are used to sleeping with background noise than the traffic should be tolerable. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

This is our “Go To” vacationing hotel for our six flags magic mountain trips! The rooms are always clean, comfortable and the reps at the service desk have always been helpful in whatever way they need to be. We won’t go anywhere else.

I liked that the gym was 24/7, very clean by the way. Denny's is walking distance. Very well maintained.

Raina checked us in and was courteous, professional, and welcoming, (everything that makes for great customer service). All personnel we encountered were kind and ready to help. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Note: Use of the washer/dryer requires the Wash Connect app.

I booked this reservation to stop on the way home from Oregon. I was greeted and welcomed by Raina who provided excellent customer service. I was able to stay in the suite with my significant other. We enjoyed the space, and the amenities.

Stayed here for one night. Very convenient location close to the freeway. Very clean room and hotel. Family friendly and the breakfast was decent.
Our room was too close to the freeway, so there was some road noise. Other than that would recommend the place.

It was a pit stop for us and we loved our overnight stay. No complaints over. The breakfast was a hit with the kids. It was a pleasant surprise how clean and neat it was for what we paid.

Friendly and helpful staff! The woman at the front checked us in and got everything all ready for our staff then she asked if we had stayed here before and when we told her we had not she explained a few things we needed to know about parking, getting to our room, and the layout for the lights in the room then told us if we had any other questions to let her know. The facility was clean and in great repair. Getting in to the parking lot was a little confusing but once you got to the entrance it was pretty straight forward. Great stay!

It was a safe new location. I enjoyed the area. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Area was great. I showed up a little before check in and asked if I could access my room. They stated it was ready and they would charge me an extra $25 dollars. I asked if I could just place my luggage in there and they said no. I was a little disappointed by this as I have not had problems with this at other locations. But I liked the hotel.

Stayed overnight from Six Flags Magic Mountain trip with family. Cleanliness, breakfast, service of the staff, overall room and bedding is 5 out of 5 stars. I gave this Holiday Inn 3 stars because I kept waking up every couple of hours because of the vehicle noise from being so close to the freeway. If the rooms are a little bit more sound proof from outside commuter freeway noise it would be a better hotel.

Everything was great except the water was borderline cold. Lukewarm at best. And when it's chilly outside, cool in the shower is not good.

We have stayed here before and love this property. The rooms are spacious and include all you would need. There are plenty of restaurants in the area!
