Right on dotonbori. Small room but that’s expected for Japan. It’s was super clean. Enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

The room is tiny! Hardly any space to place my large sized luggage. However, the breakfast was good.

Absolutely loved staying here, was a perfect base for everything we wanted to see and do around Osaka, and very close to stations for days out further afield/airport transfers. Very convenient that a Lawson and Pharmacy are on the doorstep if needed. Room and hotel were spotless, always smelled lovely, and the bag of clean towels and bottles of water every morning was a nice touch, as well as the free amenities at reception and free juice/coffee in the restaurant. Hotel staff were especially good on updating us when we had trouble with our delayed luggage. Our room was on the smaller side but as expected for hotels in Japan, although was enough room to feel comfortable and space to stow away luggage under the bed. We found the hotel to be very quiet considering the hustle and bustle of outside, in fact we barely heard noise at all. Overall very pleased that we stayed here, will definitely stay here if we get to visit Osaka again, and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Property is pretty new so facilities are really nice. Location is excellent, best location I have ever stayed and for a great price.

Excellent location. Very private Just too noisy downstairs even after mid night. Too many drunk people. For breakfast, the bed, everything so easy can be self helped. Room is typical small Japanese hotel but acceptable.

Clean and well-located property, but the rooms are tiny. In the single room, the only space to store luggage is under the bed and my corner unit had a partially blocked window, so it was a bit oppressive. Also found the front desk staff to be hit or miss in terms of helpfulness. They could not help make phone calls to local restaurants and the luggage shipping service is book-it-yourself. A bit more like a high-end hostel than a full-service hotel, but the price reflects that.

Room is new and clean but quite small; overall ok as all required items are available. Pillows were too soft for me. 1-2 mins walk to Dotonburi which was excellent to get food. Love the location

Super convenient for people wanting to stay close to Dotonbori & the Shinsaibashi shopping area. Great food options within a stone's throw. This hotel had everything I needed, including a laundromat inside the facility - no need to leave & find coin laundry! I also appreciated the public transportation options - within 5 mins walk to Namba station (both JR and Osaka Metro) so it's very easy to get around the entire city. Highly recommend!

Easy access to Dotonbori. Quiet, fast internet, and hot water in the shower. Small room, but as expected and not unhappy with the experience at all.

Very new and clean hotel and room. Though the single room was small, the bed and pillow were so comfortable. Bed was extra firm and big like a full size. Easy check in and check out process. Plenty of free amenities at the reception area on the 2nd floor. Free soft drinks from 2pm to 11pm on the 1st floor lounge. Front desk can hold your luggage if you arrive early, and free lockers to hold your luggage on the first floor after check out. Dotonburi is just across the street. I was on floor 10 plus; could hear some street noise at night when people get rowdy/partying but was not bothersome. Was able to sleep very well.

I find a hair on top of the pillow, and noisy coz to bars. for the rest is ok such as the room facilities with charger port, fridge, and kettle. Hotel close to the shopping arcade.
