I had a great stay! I recently suffered a back injury and needed to be close to exits to let my dog out and get back and forth to my car with ease. I was accommodated without any problems! My pup enjoyed her stay as well. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area, Thank you!

I can't rave enough about this place . Hard to believe so many wonderful people at one hotel... from check in with Meet the GM...extending with Kristina and house keeping with Kelly... the whole staff is wonderful. The cleanliness is exceptional. Beds are comfortable, kitchenette (don't forget to ask for kitchen supplies to use at the desk like i did) was great to have. You won't be disappointed. So glad I chose this place... HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is the first time I have stayed at a My Place Hotel - I really have never heard of this hotel chain before. This particular property was built in 2025 and everything is still fresh, clean, pristine and well taken care of to keep it that way. The vast majority of customer reviews gave this hotel a 10/10 which I am as well, so the high 9+ rating in Hotels.com is legit. It is a fabulous hotel with every room being like a little efficiency studio apartment with full size refrigerator. Brand new comfy mattresses throughout! Convenient to I-71 but off the road so that it is secluded and quiet Could be a little tricky finding the entrance because there really is no big visible sign from Statesvile Road - however Maps and GPS brought us right to it. Nice area with grocery, Starbucks, fast food and other restaurants nearby. And great prices for the rooms! We had two queen beds and it was great! As I mentioned, there is a little efficiency kitchen with microwave & two stove burners, table to eat at - but not pots/pans, plates or utensils. But it doesn't say anywhere that there are suppose to be these things. This is a great place to stay!!

This hotel exceeded my expectations expectations. I did wish the TV remote worked easier but we finally got it. There were nice areas to walk the dog and the bed was soooo comfortable! drawbacks: Someone had a tent set up in the woods nearby and there was a lot of construction going on on the main road

The service was very good. Rooms are spacious and clean. The issue is that the hotel is located very close the Highway 77 and the road noise at night is terrible. Hard to get any sleep with the sounds of cars and roaring trucks.

JO JO at the front desk was very personable and friendly. We assumed that breakfast was included, however, we needed to purchase our breakfast items. Coffee was free.

The room was very musty it had a bad smell. They were suppose to clean the room every 4 days but our room was cleaned on the fifth. If you needed toilet paper or towels you had to get supplies from the front desk.

I had not heard of this brand of hotel before so I was worried because of the low price it would be dumpy. It wasn’t. The staff were friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The hotel itself was nice and updated and well maintained. The pet fee was also very cheap, especially compared to some hotels that charge an outrageous amount. Highly recommend.

Not easy to access. Returning to the hotel after dark was a "Sketchy". All the police that showed up one morning was entertaining as well. The hotel itself was clean and neat.

We enjoyed our stay at My Place, and would definitely come again! The staff were so friendly, and explained everything well. We loved having the convenience of a kitchenette in our room. Everything was clean and fresh. Parking and checking in and out was easy. Overall, it was a great experience.

All the staff were very friendly, helpful, polite, courteous, and welcoming.
Very clean & spacious rooms.
And for me personally the amenities that they have in the rooms are great. a little two burner stove, full size refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave and a reclining chair. This honestly has been one of my best days at a hotel. And on my future travels, I will definitely be looking to see if they have a location where I am traveling to.

The property itself and staff were very good, I put an average rating as we were there for 8 days and our room wasn’t cleaned once despite asking.
We were given clean towels but the bin in our room needed emptying.
Would stay again but the cleaning rota needs to be addressed.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was easy and straightforward. Parking is free and overall a good place for a decent price. It's about a 20 minute drive from the spectrum center. Would stay again!

Upon arrival there was a strong smell of Pot outside. Trying to check in, the attendant could not locate our room choice. We needed an “Accessible” room for my elderly Mother on the first floor. She told us there were none available on the first floor but said she gave us one close to the elevator on the 4th floor…….the room was Not even close to an accessible room. No hold rail in the tub, no roll under sink and the bathroom would not allow the door to close with her rolling Walker in there as well. The only good things we’re comfortable beds and good shower head.

Beds were comfortable but the room smelled a little funny. There were no ice machines on floors had to make ice in the fridge in room which was noisy. Sad there wasn’t a breakfast buffet either.

Easy 5 stars across the board. The property seems relatively new very well maintained. We booked room w/2 Queen beds; it was clean, modern spacious. The kitchen area had a full sz fridge, sm sink (w/dish soap), 2 burners, microwave, pop-up toaster, coffee maker plenty cabinets. There was a sm table 2 chairs. Bathroom also super clean spacious; plenty towels nice sundries. Always fresh free coffee w/sev creamer sweetener options. Nice selection of snacks for purchase. Every employee was incredibly nice and happy to help. This property is one of the few that is exactly as advertised. Highly recommend.
