Only strange thing was no drawers and no closet for clothing.

Place was very clean and comfortable. Although a 12 min walk to Gainbridge Arena, last half on the way back at 11 PM was pretty uncomfortable. Dark and deserted, didnt feel real safe.

Ac was broken and was not fixed during stay. Room got up to 80 degrees. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean.

The Tru seems brand new and is well located for local sports and other activities. We stayed one night and were able to walk to our venue. The rooms are kitschy-spartan, with hooks on the wall instead of a closet and dresser (which was fine with us). The streaming TV service has lots of buffering, even when watching a local channel that’s located nearby. Breakfast was a little better than similar free hotel breakfasts. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. I would stay again.

My second time staying at a Tru by Hilton and it was just as great as the first time. Check in is fast and friendly, staff is extremely helpful. I like the security of keycard only access to the room floors.

There is next to nothing at the entrance for area to park and check in, so you may be left waiting on the street. HVAC system didn’t work well, too hot or too cold. Had to pay $30 a night to park in there garage, then needed a half day on Sunday when checking out and they gouged me for another $30 dollars! Wouldn’t stay again. Best thing this place has going for it is their kitchen staff taking care of breakfast.

No parking, thin walls, horrible mattress, horrible pillows. Can hear everything outside, in the hall, above, next door. Got woke up at 4 am to the neighbors drawee slamming behind our headboard.

The showers had low pressure and they were not very warm. Bed was very comfortable but I would suggest 6 pillows on a king size bed, 4 is not enough.

Parking garage full. Had to park somewhere else. Air conditioner stuck on full blast. Took 5 hours to fix it. 59° in the room.

We had a king room and it was super tiny. Location was great, 5 minute walk to Lucas oil stadium and close to restaurants and bars in downtown Indy!

The room wasn't ready, but the manager gave a beer while we waited. I was almost sent to another parking garage, but a customer let me know there was one space available. I chose this hotel for location and parking. Had I not got a parking spot and my room wasn't ready I would have rated this much lower.

Hard to find a spot to park while you check in,only 2 spots had to drive around the block.Only bad about it .The rest awsome!

It was very wasy to get to and clean. The staff was efficient and extremely pleasant and helpful. It was any easy 6 block walk to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse and you couls see Lucas Stadium.

Good stay. Loved the scooter option too. Activate downtown. Too many carbs and high sugar options for breakfast. Wanted some meat options. Overall liked this hotel

The walls seemed thin. Lots of neighbor noise.

The whole hotel was so nice, just in a weird area. We went to the field house and was in walking distance and right next to the football stadium. Had to pay to park there tho. No other option really. Only downside.
