Staff were friendly. Room was clean and cute. Hot water was elusive.

This was such a lovely stay. Everything was clean and comfortable and even nicer in person than the photographs. Everything was newly remodeled and very tastefully done. We were only there for a night but will be back again. Very conveniently located and easy to get to both Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls.
The only thing that would keep this from perfect marks is the temperature control of both the room and the shower was a bit wonky but we weren't horribly put out. Overall, amazing value, we will return.

Loved the croissants and quiches offered for breakfast.
Will stay again!

Cozy chic motel. Beds were comfortable, great pillows. Loved the decor and balconies. Felt like a scene from Gilmore Girls!

Such a cute little motel nestled among the fall trees and the water. Short ride to Niagara on the lake and perfect for a weekend getaway!

what a wonderful little place to stay! We loved the neighborhood, and the quiet nature essence of the place. Beautifully decorated with mid century modern taste, we were welcomed by name, and when we arrived. We will definitely stay again!

Great location. - just a note - not sure why but we had dozens of mosquitoes in our room - had to go to the store to get bug spray - no follow up or apologies from management -

This motel was quiet, clean and very unique. Nespresso coffeemaker in room was a bonus and a mini fridge. Bed linens were crisp and fresh. Love the spa toiletries. Is in between NOL and the Falls so a short drive both places without all the crowds. Not near any restaurants or shopping so bring water and snacks. Also a short drive to restaurants shopping wineries. Was a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Such a refreshing change from standard hotel starkness. Instead, a wonderfully designed interior that compliments the history of the hotel. Are there other 'nicities' that could be added, sure. But they were not missed. The basics are there and well done. I'm sure more will be added and done tastefully as what is there is already done. Loved the location, the peace and quiet enhancing the sounds of surrounding nature all nestled in amongst beautiful landscaping and forestation even being in a neighborhood of well kept homes.

Truly delighted with the facilities and the staff. Only suggestion, a chest of drawers in the room so that unpacking could be complete.
We loved the location, the decor, the whole experience.

What a little gem! Our first trip to the area and we thought we needed to stay in Niagara- well, almost everything was booked and the Kent came up. So glad it did! We loved IT! Away from the craziness of the Falls area and close to Niagara on the Lake. We are Mid-Century furniture dealers, so we found the eclectic decor fabulous. The staff was lovely and gave us great suggestions. Highly recommend!

Loved the history of the area. The motel was quiet and clean. Missed having a microwave in the room and also there was no bar soap/body wash. Great books in the room. Lots of history in the surrounding area. Great for walking.

The property was nice and looks like it was recently updated. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The only thing to note as a negative was that there was a concert happening near by and we could hear it from our room.

We enjoyed are stay at The Kent, nice clean rooms in a quiet setting. Short drive to NOTL, Niagara Falls and wineries.

We really enjoyed our time as we had a wedding at the church 2 blocks away and the hotel is close to an amazing bike path and lots of history. Needed more ice so a bigger ice machine would have been helpful and AC didn’t seem to work as well at night. Felt very safe and cozy. Good water pressure and pillows

Central to NOTL, the falls and the outlet shops.
We had a beautiful room with a great porch. We loved the quiet neighborhood and also walking around the neighborhood. It was absolutely perfect.

Staff seldom available. When they were gone, they blasted music that could be heard in the rooms, early morning to late at night.

Located in the small community of Queenston, the Kent Motel provides a comfortable oasis of peace and quiet compared to the craziness of Niagara Falls proper. The room was spacious and felt like home. One thing to note is that there are no dining options within walking distance. You will need ground transportation to find your meals - or buy some groceries to store in your room’s small bar fridge for a picnic at the tables inside or outside the hotel’s lounge. Great walks in the area to historical sites like Laura Secord’s Homestead and the printing museum in William Lyon Mackenzie’s old house.

The only complaint I have about this motel was the cable. Otherwise the motel was a pleasant stay.

Off the beaten path, but close enough to everything. Nice place would stay again.

Wonderful peaceful spot. We loved it!

Very cute place. Super clean except for lots of hair on the bathroom floor. Bed was very comfortable, and I’m fussy because of arthritis in my back. Fridge and coffeemaker were nice. The tub was extremely slippery, as a senior I’m afraid of falling, especially with soapy feet. A bathmat would help. The tub is also very high and hard to get in and out of. The only other suggestion would be a second waste can in the bedroom. We made a lot of trash and had to take it to town to dump. Very small things, but they would make a difference. We loved the place and would definitely stay here again!

An amazing room with comfy beds, and many unexpected amenities. Loved the patio! Would have liked hot water for my morning tea in addition to the coffee maker and mini-fridge.

Very adorable and stylish interior! Staff was so friendly and helpful with navigating around local wineries! There aren’t any shops or restaurants within walking distance but everything is a very short drive away! The neighborhoods around the motel are very nice to walk through! Would definitely stay here again!

A very quiet area and charming boutique style hotel. Just come prepared as there is no convenience store or cafe or restaurant close by.

If you're looking for a no-muss, no, fuss place to stay, this is the place. However, the property needs some updating, and if you stay on the lower level, you will hear everything from your neighbours above. This made it an okay experience but a bit annoying.

Loved how homey it felt. Went during Icewine Festival so it was really quiet. Nice little gift for my husband's birthday. Fireplace was great. We had trouble with the coffee maker but eventually got it figured out. The bed was really soft. Wasn't a problem for us but may be for someone else.

The room was quiet and clean. The property is in a residential neighborhood. The only issue we had was with the heating/cooling system in the room. The system keep turning off causing the room to get quite warm over night. Woke up multiple times to turn the system back on.

Could use a trash can in the bedroom area. "Office" was frequently vacant
