Fun little getaway with the wife. We love Resorts World, always clean and easy to get in and out of.

Everything was great!

Property was very modern and had something for everyone. Our room was a disaster- there was a stale putrid smell, the carpet was soaking wet upon check in and the windows had handprints everywhere- the windows were cleaned immediately- however nothing was done about the odor or wet carpet throughout the duration of our stay.

For Vegas, this place felt like a rip off for the accommodation and what was included. There are many other options that have better amenities and a better value.

We love coming to Resorts World. I love that it’s not so crowded like most hotels and because it’s newer it is so clean and there’s always something to do. Whether it’s eating inside the hotel or walking around the strip you aren’t far. It’s a great place to stay!

Last year when I stayed at this hotel, it was a better experience. This year, I was only here for a day and both times the receptionists that I interacted with were not friendly and both times were awkward for me since they barely made eye contact (one of them was John who didn’t even ask me any questions while I was checking out). My card was also charged $400 when I checked in when I was told it was $50/day for the resort fee and $150 for the incidental which I had to look up online. I also already paid ahead of time for my stay there. That charge on my card didn’t make sense and it made me feel on guard on my super short stay there.
The body wash bottle was empty in my room so I had to use the hand soap. The bathroom was nice and clean which I appreciate.
The room that I got had a parking lot view which is kind of a bummer since I’m a gold member but not a big deal.
What I like about this hotel is the “food court area”. The organized taxi line is also convenient.

I had a reservation for one night at check in you had me at three nights the desk clerk said he fixed it for the one night. I am now being billed for three nights plus incendentals that I did not order. I was told by your management that I had to correct it through expedia.
Expedias website isn't working and the phone numbers won't go thought.

Long lines for check in and out, resort fee too expensive for nothing, not event hi speed internet! They want to charge on the side

One hour check in @1am was the worst I have ever experienced in the world. Terrible

Close to the venue for Sick New World tour, this was a clean establishment with friendly staff that worked well for our mini vacation. We enjoyed the indoor mini mall and food choices as well as being located close enough to get to the airport in under 15 minutes. I would definitely stay here at Hiltons Resort World again in the future.

The Hilton upgraded us to a stay at the Conrad, on the same property, for no apparent reason. But it was appreciated! The Conrad was great and normally only a little more money than the Hilton but probably worth it. Highly recommended.

The price of the hotel may be good, but everything else is very expensive in comparison to other casino resorts. Not really a great place to relax and grab a quick bite. The pool is wild. There is no communication between staff on how renting chairs or cabanas actually works. The hotel itself is very nice and clean, beyond that I would never stay again.

Beautiful hotel but we got very dirty room full of dust and hairs from previous customers, far from the strip and most of restaurants are closed . Big no !

Requested a king bed, received two queens. Advised that I was a Diamond member, but was not upgraded and only compensated with food and beverage credit. Room was small and "average"...

the hotel was wonderful but the service and god awful which really neutralized he quality of the property.
the check in staff were so rude- they pointed us to the wrong tower at 1am in the morning and were just so unfriendly- i have never experienced this in a Hilton high end property.
Theguest service was practically non existent and you couldnt order anything at all from the room. The housekeeping staff would just barge in without knocking. Today one of them asked my wife at 9am why we hadnt checked out yet ( check out time is 11)
Its a beautiful property but the satff working there are either extremely dissatisfied with thier jobs or just no very marginal competency and practically no hospitality skills

***MUST READ: When I arrived I was given a room that was not cleaned properly. The bathroom had a terrible odor coming from the shower drain, the bathroom floor had hairs on it as well as on the towels. One towel had a long hair folded up in it as well as a yellowish stain. I told the maid service and the issues were cleared up by the end of the next day but for the amount of egregious fees they charge I should’ve been refunded partial payment. Many of the hotel food kiosks were closed, THE LOUNGE ON 66 WAS CLOSED FOR A PRIVATE EVENT on Saturday night!! The sportsbook closes at 9pm without warning while you are sitting right there, Carversteak makes you pay for a little steak sauce after you buy an $80 steak, ZOUK has so much VIP space that GA is not worth it, too crowded and getting drinks spilled all over me, bought the open bar ticket and they give you smaller cups than everyone else and finally my man TIESTO ditched the place after I booked my trip and he hardly DJ’s there anymore. I wonder why. The greed is too much in Vegas. Infinity pool…you guessed it, wanna sit down? You gotta pay.

It’s our 3rd time staying @ Resorts World and I felt like the room was a little dusty this time around. I had to call twice for room service because there were no face towels available and discovered that the conditioner/body wash dispenser was empty while my daughter was in the shower. The safe was also not working. Service was fast though after calling it in. Other than that, everything was great.

They gave me a room on the 19th floor and when i got there the room was still not clean. By the time they gave me another room it was about an hour later.

Check in process was ridiculous. Line snaked out the front door. We tried checking in online on the Hilton app but if you book through a third party, like hotels.com, you need to check in in person with the front desk. I honestly don’t see the utility of using this app anymore. Just book directly with the hotel. The prices are not that different anymore and you can also get rewards

Loved this new resort. Lots of thought and fun ideas went into creating a unique resort experience.

The check in was terrible, even though the front desk girl was very friendly but the system couldn’t pull out my booking information. I have to send confirmation to her manager and giving her my reservation over and over again.
The worst after first day of stay. I was not checking out my check date is April 2, on April 1, all my personal belongings were removed out of the room, I don’t know if someone steals it or the room services had a miscommunication with the managment. But all my stuffs has lost.y daughter have to go to security make reports and found my personal belongings which should be safe my stored in my room. Same for my Tooth brushes, tooth paste and shaver.
This is very upsetting

Checking in did take a while to get through. There were only 3 staff members checking people in. Overall stay was great. Hotel clean and comfortable.

Resorts world Hilton is the best hotel and casino in Vegas in my opinion. This is my 3rd time staying there

The hotel is nice. The check-in line is super long! And I couldn’t use their app because my reservation was through here. I had an issue with my sister arriving the next day and nobody could help…. The hotel sent me to you and you guys to the hotel. It was stressful.

No room service and they check in process was an hour. Also took an hour to even get into our room or assigned to another one after the first room wouldn’t open.

I was only there for one night but it was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel. Has a ton of food options. The rooms are nice and big and the bathroom is good. Great shower!! The theatre is well done and even nose bleed seats have a good view. Definitely staying here again.

Great Hotel with everything you need to have a successful trip. Thanks for the stay!

The parking situation is terrible. $18 a day. And $18 every time you leave the garage and come back. They say a 3rd party owns the garage. Other than that, the stay was amazing. Nice new hotel. Probably the nicest. A little bit of a walk to get to where more night action is on the strip, but this place is very nice.

The room was spotless and beautiful! The staff was friendly, helpful and quick. The hotel was easy to navigate and beautiful and the spa did not disappoint- can’t wait to come again!

This is the best hotel . If you're going to the convention center, the hotel has a The Loop station that takes you there! The room is wonderful, clean and the best hotel bathroom I've ever seen! the pool is beautiful and the only negative point is that the pool closes at 4 pm. the attendants are very friendly!

The check in and check out was easy. There was plenty of stuff to do onsite including food, entertainment, and stuff to do to relax

I had wished they mentioned sooner that we could get free parking if we signed up for their casino’s rewards program…also no coffee machines in the rooms. Overall it was a decent stay, just a pricey one.
