Excellent for longer stays/families. Quiet, clean and friendly staff.

Everything was good, just needs a few things to be maintained such as microwave and iron box in one of the room didn’t work.

I had booked a 2 bedroom 3 bath. I was traveling with my family of 6. My family had enough room to stretch,and not get on each others nerves. We had a beautiful view of the pools. We thought it was a perfect centralized location to everything we had on our check list. We had access to the monorail which was helpful. After a full day of walking we jumped on the monorail to return to back to MGM.

Very nice place to stay. Easy access to the Las Vegas strip and top golf . Totally loved it. A lot of space in the apartment. Everything worked well and I will stay there again when I’m in Vegas. An added bell desk service where our bags were held till it was time to check in. That was awesome .

There is a big parking problem in this signature towers. guests are not allowed to park by themselves. only valet parking is available. valet parking takes 30min atleast to drop off car. for valet pickup we have to wait almost 1 hour. its a big mess in terms of parking . guests should have given parking access to themselves under the building. the accessible parking lot for guests is MGM parking lot which is 10+ min walk . In such a huge residential tower , i am shocked to see that there is no ample parking allocated to guests. this is a very serious problem which Signature tower should be answerable to . Every time we give car to valet - amost 2 or 3 times a day. valet persons expect a cash tip.

My kids had an amazing experience we loved the hotel specially because it was close to everything we needed.

The property is maintained well, the staff is helpful and there is a enclosed hallway for a short walk to the MGM main casino and restaurants/bars. I would stay here again and recommend.

I stayed for 3 nights the hotel is very clean very friendly employees many activities near the hotel extraordinary view of the city the swimming pools excellent me and my family loved our stay.

Quiet, perfect for families. Few items were dirty in our room but it was taken care of once I brought it to their attention. Didn't like that the fitness center suddenly closed in tower 1 with zero explanation why. You could tell something happened in there with the way they were blocking it off and keeping it behind a closed curtain. Pool closure for a private event wasn't communicated to guests ahead of time.

Very clean condo and close to Strip via MGM walkway, no casino on property a plus!!

I liked that the double suites were at the top of the hotels there for the vIew was exceptional

The rooms were great. I would recommend not getting there late. The valet get full and you have to park in general parking quite a hike with bags. I would stay there again, I’d make sure we would be there at the earliest check in time.

Traveling with family (three kids) in Vegas Can be a bit of a challenge to find decent rooms at an affordable price and also not in the middle of the “nightlife” but yet close enough to walk and enjoy. The Signatures at MGM worked perfectly for me. Great service but what really sold me was how big the rooms were. They are well conditioned had a 2 bedrooms and 3 bath. One main hallway entry and two separate doors to each room gives privacy when needed or can be kept open for safety with main front hallway door locked. Had a great view and was walking distance (10min walk) to the strip through MGM. The walk seems long but it is covered from the outdoor elements and also have autowalk (walking escalators) to assist in the walking. Key is needed to enter at late hours so that was a great plus for safety. My only complaint was that due to weather the pool for tower 2 was not opened. Don’t see why that is an issue when it is a heated pool. Guest should be able to decide if they want to use the pool in cold weather (50-60 degree) during our stay.
