Very nice place and comfortable

Property not as clean as other TRU places

We stayed there due to proximity of family members only to use the room to get some sleep and we were unable to due to kids running up and down the hallways all night and people partying late outside our window. No one controlled them and we didn't get any sleep. We will not be staying there again and we stay in town there 2 to 3 times a year.

Room could be cleaner and the room did not have toilet paper, soap, and conditioner.

Good location and pretty nice hotel.

Lots of trouble with the door lock. Grumpy staff at check in. Pancake maker was fun and popular but caused large backups.

It was a nice room for a one night stay.

The property is new and clean. I loved the shower and amenities. I did have an issue with the tv not working all weekend. I did ask for help and someone did try to make it work, but it didn't. Nothing worse than being in a hotel room with no working tv.

Clean and up to date

I work nights at the hospital and spoke with someone around 7pm regarding checking in the next morning early after work. I was told by a gentleman to go ahead and book, no problem. So I did confident I’d be able to right to my room the next morning. I get there to check in and the front desk says “well, let me see if there are any rooms left.” I said I booked last night, already paid and was told I can check in. Apparently that’s not the case and obviously they didn’t know what they were talking about. Thankfully there was a room available. I would have done 5 stars.

I stayed at this facility many times. Service is great. Staff is good very attentive. The only complaint I have is the air conditioner was very loud. Otherwise I would recommend this place.

Wonderful staff! Check in was quick and painless, breakfast staff were very accommodating and helped with two small kids, making sure I had water for formula and cleaning the high chair. Went and did that little extra and they cared that we enjoyed our stay, definitely staying at Tru again.

My first time staying with a Tru by Hilton hotel. I am not sure I am in love with the hotel ...it was close to a Crackle Barrel and some other Restaurants. Ryland (I think I spelled his name wrong) was AWESOME!! Our door was open when we arrived and went back to the front desk without entering. Ryland thought the keeper may have left it open and immediately called someone to escort me back and to check the room first for safety! That was beyond service in my eyes. The room was big and had a refrigerator (that still had someone's dinner in it) but no microwave or coffee maker. They had a 24 hour coffee area downstairs. Their television offers Netflix and you can sign in with your own password AND they have FREE Showtime (which we enjoyed after we settled in for the night). Had two incidents during the night.... someone banged on our door around 10 pm (I did not answer) and then came back again around 3 am! This time they knocked and then sounded like they tried to use a card to get in...the phone to front desk was busy and I wasn't going out to the hallway. We put the chair and our suitcases in front of the door even though we had all the safety locks in place. Breakfast was an omelet and was very good! Coffee was great! When we checked out, I told the ladies about the incident the night and morning and they laughed and kinda shrugged it off. We had to stay another night in another town and I have to say I passed up the Tru hotel and stayed at another branch.

Rooms were clean, staff was kind and helpful.

When I arrived to the property the key cards didn’t work the doors. The staff had to let me in the room each time I went out the room. It was harir on the air conditioning unit the shower was nasty and the worst thing I ever experienced at a hotel down beside the mattress had a lot of trash. Room was so nasty I couldn’t sleep in them condition I left hotel travel a hour to a different hotel.

Best breakfast and the lady putting out the breakfast was sweet and efficient.

Awesome overnight stay while on business trip. Allowed family to visit comfortably.

The room had to be changed because the tv didn’t work. Then, the next room had an AC that whistles all night. Low water pressure. Dog crap outside. Some employees were very professional though.

Check in was great. Got to the room and it looked like minimal cleaning was done. Pillow cases were not fresh. :(
