Friendly staff, easy check in and check out

This is a very nice, new hotel in a developing area. The check-in process was quick and painless and the room was very comfortable. Blackout curtains made it easy to sleep in. There are lists of fun things to do in the area in the room which was a nice touch. I'd be happy to stay here again!

The onsite restaurant is fabulous...the staff are very nice...the property is very nice...one downer is the huge sink in the bathroom is a bit weird and hard to keep clean due to the slow drain and the parking lot in the back of the property is very small...I witnessed a couple of staff parking in the lot and was a bit sad that staff were allowed to park in the small lot which makes even less parking for guests.

Staff were very polite and considerate. The hotel and room are stylish comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

Nice place. High ceilings and nicely appointed rooms. Good highway access, too.

The room had a small refrigerator in it that made noise most of the night. The water at the bathroom lavatory never got hot and had very low pressure. There was a residential style ceiling fan right abpove the bed that blew cold air most of the night. I finally had to call the front desk to direct me to a switch to turn it off. There is NO indication that the switch exists.

Overall uncomfortable stay. Hard to sleep when the building is making noise throughout the night. At one point the room started shaking. Never experienced that before. The bed was pretty rough also. Tried to go to the restaurant the evening we arrived and it was so cold inside that the staff and very few guests were all wearing coats. It was freezing! Staff said the heat works but because of the garage door in the restaurant it can’t stay warm. Tried to go back the next morning for breakfast and again it was freezing and everyone had to wear coats. We left and found somewhere to eat that didn’t require having to wear a winter coat.

The family suite was spacious and perfect for our crew!

This hotel was a nice stay for 2 nights, it had a accesible parking lot in the back. The parking lot was a little small but parking is free that’s a bonus. There was a nice bar & restaurant located inside, we didn’t get a chance to try them out. The room itself was big, very comfortable bed. Fridge, nice coffee bar , the only thing we didn’t like was there was no microwave. Nice shower! There’s a cinema walking distance & food nearby. Def will stay here again!

Hotel was amazing and across the street the Tap and Bar were incredible.

The rooms are very comfortable. I didn’t like they don’t provide at least two free bottled waters. You have to pay $4.00 if you don’t want to drink from the sink. Housekeeping leaves a note very early in the morning saying since you had the do not disturb sign on the door, your room won’t be serviced. That was really annoying.

I loved the lady at the front desk at checkin… I waited fifteen minutes for a front desk that would not return at check out. I would encourage they offer medications like Tylenol and ibuprofen, pepto and ant acids for guests to purchase. The rooms was awesome But- every outlet was dirty, the towels had makeup stains and the shower stall was beautiful but dirty. I never got to try the food as the restaurant closed as we got here 9pm Would have sat at the bar but that closed at 9 as well.

We stayed on New Year's Eve. The customer service was excellent despite having computer issues.

Great mountain view, great dining options within walking distance, worst part was parking very small parking lot near hotel. Room was large and clean, hardwood floors, and nice high ceilings. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The rooms were modern and comfortable. All of the staff were nice. The area was beautiful with a nice view of the mountains. 15 minutes from downtown. Minutes from restaurants, bars, stores, etc. 10/10 would recommend.

New hotel, great location friendly staff

nice boutique like hotel. stayed there before, close to major thoroughfares mid way between Denver and Boulder. DID NOT like the fact that rooms not made up daily. when i asked i was told i didnt request it. told desk clerk i didn't jnow i had to. very nonchalant attitude. other than that issue, fine

The hotel is excellent and just what I needed away from family on December 24 and 25 to keep me from experiencing a heart attack LOL.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. Was convenient to family in Westminister. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant. Only item we disliked was the large trough sink in the bathroom but a tiny faucet with that unable to rinse the sink so gunk accumulated. Major YUCK! It seems that whoever designed the sink or the staff engineers didn't try it out to see the obvious problem.

When staying on the top floor, dont stay in 526, 28, 30. They are directly under the giant air handlers on the roof. Wyndham needs to put some spring and rubber dampeners under the roof top units....the whole room have a constant vibration and thud noise all day and night.

It was very clean and quintet with minimalist modern decor. The room was pretty dark however. Bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately we had difficulty finding a parking place in the closest lot. Had to go in to ask where to park. There was parking in a nearby lot but the walking access was still under construction and the weather was bad so it felt a bit inconvenient to have to walk further in that weather to get to the hotel, especially with luggage. I am sure it will work much better once construction is finished.

The oversized sink did not drain properly & the bathroom vent was dirty. Overall the room was exceptionally clean & modern. The parking lot needs to be larger, so I am hoping once the construction is completed, that will happen. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel! It smelled amazing as soon as we walked in the doors and all of the staff is so kind and sweet. Room was very clean and looked just like it did in the picrures! The hotel resteraunt, Famille, was also delicious and our waiter Yohan was funny and just truly fantastic! 10/10 for this hotel by far

I had a spacious room on the second floor with a view of the parking lot. Best shower - excellent water pressure - and size of the bathroom but I couldn't get the bathroom sink to drain. Clever decorations in the elevator and a hip, mint green, mini fridge in my room with a larger version in the lobby. This location is in a newly revitalized suburb with easy access from the freeway. I had to wait for the desk clerk to come back from somewhere when I arrived but there was always somebody available during the other four days. Good value for the price. I would look for this brand again.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, efficient (there was a long line and only 1 staffer.), and helpful. There was no mention of internet when I checked in. I did see there was a public wi-fi available. I was able to use my VPN so did not inquire further. At one point I heard someone playing an electric guitar in the room next door at 5pm. I did not hear any other "neighbors." The power went out around 9 pm on the first night of my stay. I turned off all the lights and went to bed. When the power came back on at 11 pm the overhead light turned on and woke me up. None of the hotel staff mentioned the power outage. What happened and was there a cause for concern? I know the area is under construction and I look forward to better hotel parking. The lot directly next to the hotel was very small and always full. The overflow lot was a general pay parking area. The hotel did provide complimentary parking in that lot, but it wasn't very close. I stayed here because I was attending an annual conference at the Arvada Center for the Arts. I will consider staying here again next year.

Our stay as a family of 5 was great!!

Amazing place

My husband and pre-teen child had a great stay in the 2 bedroom suite. We stayed just one night for an event in town. There are 2 sets of bunk beds and one king bed. The king room had it's own bathroom, in addition to the shared bathroom. It was so spacious! Everything was great. However, the beds were a little hard for my liking and I do feel the cleaning could use more detail. For example, I found sprinkles (like from a cake) on the coffee table and traces of what I assume was frosting, and a dirty napkin in the closet. But, everything else was fine. The restaurant downstairs is nice, and the front lobby is a good place to sit and have coffee. All the staff, including the waitstaff, were great! There is a gym with some weight and cardio equipment. Parking was a bit of a pain. There is only one small lot adjacent, and a larger one nearby. Not ideal, but a small inconvenience. Getting an Uber was easy. Like all hotels, I wish there were more hooks on the walls for things like coats, keys, purses, even towels. You'd think they would have figured it out by now. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to our next visit!
