We chose this hotel for the extra room (family of 5). Everyone was super friendly, but they did not fix our problem. Our shower was barely luke warm and we were shivering trying to take our showers. The soap container in the bath was also empty. We told them everything the first night and asked to be moved if they couldn't fix it. Maintenance was supposed to come while we were attending a wedding. Nothing was fixed and we weren't moved. I appreciate that everyone was kind, but paying that much money and not having a nice shower stinks.

Really easy to find from the interstate. Plenty of parking was available. The office manager was very courteous and check in was a breeze. I will be staying at more home 2 by Hilton in the future.

I love the spacious suites! The modern slim line furnishings. The hotel had a fresh scent and very clean. I also loved that it’s pet friendly! Our golden retriever enjoyed his stay as well.

Missing a tv, knife punctures in the chair. The blinds didn’t work, the blind controller for the blinds wasn’t mounted to the wall just laid sitting out

The suite was great. We had lots of room for our kids to visit. They came for lunch so the kitchen and long counter was wonderful. The only thing that was mot comfortable was the couch.

Home 2 suites are usually clean, etc. this one wasn’t clean and our room was so smoky I could barely sleep. It took 10 minutes for someone to open the door for us at midnight and by the time we got to our room we were to tired to ask for another room when it stunk so bad. It was so bad that all my cloths in my suit case that were clean are smoky when we got home and going in the wash

Arrived at location, just off I-10 in Spanish Fort Al. Went inside. Immediately got room card and went up to room. Nice cool room. Clean and great shower. No loud noise during the night. Slept well. Great breakfast. Pleasant stay.

The blind didn't work in our room but other than that everything was good. The receptionist on morning shift was a little grumpy about some spilled orange juice and had a bit of an attitude.

The is a wonderful place to stay with all the comforts you need. The staff gives excellent customer service. I highly recommend.

Overall stay was great. Staff was friendly especially during morning breakfast. Bed linens were clean, bathroom was clean. Room had a strong odor, towels in room were covered in little hairs, carpet was in need of cleaning, tile at entry seems to never been mopped. The hallway was very clean and so was the lobby. The location was safe and convenient. I would stay again, but would like to see a little more cleaning effort in the room.

Staff was great. Only down side was our AC didn’t cool the best for a town in South Alabama and the breakfast had almost nothing for someone trying to eat healthy. Waffles were a hit with the kids. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very professional. Our room was spotless and nice and cool. Our only complaint was the comfort of the mattress. We had stayed at the same hotel the week prior in a different room and the mattress was very comfy. This one was not. Overall it was a nice stay.
