I was coming in super late. I called the hotel to notify them previously and they said not a problem. My brother was heading there first with my dogs and they made a check in super seamless and accommodating.

It was amazing only one staffer presented themselves as a but. Everyone else presented themselves professionally. They could improve on mid week breakfast but weekend meals are great. Hallways are bright and very very clean. Extra trash bags could be helpful in the rooms . Overall it’s a little pricey but they do try to put their best foot forward.

This must be a new hotel. Everything seemed new. Room was spacious. Nice that they have takeout containers for the breakfast. Perfect since we had an early flight. Definitely recommend. There are plenty of restaurants/shopping in the area as well.

The front desk coordinator claimed that they couldn’t provide non feather pillows. As someone with a spouse that is allergic to down, this is simply unacceptable in 2024. There were no recycling options on site as well

The checkin desk was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and modern. Greatful to have laudry facilities avail. Only 2 "complaints". 1) the tv in the room - volume does not go below level 12...making it a bit loud when othera were trying to sleep. 2) morning breakfast- wish the eating area was tended to a bit better. Willdefinitely stay here again.

Overnight stay before we flew out. Was great breakfast options. Was quite close to many dinner options Close to Mesa Gateway so less stress dealing with rush hour traffic the morning of our flight.

Convenient to shopping/restos...the pool (and "hot" tub were freezing cold. I was at a hotel (one of your competitors) in Tusayan, AZ at 8000 ft. attitude, snow on the ground...but the pool was warm enough to swim in, and the "hot" tub(s) were HOT. Very disappointing

When I reserved my room with Expedia, it said I could check in at 3:00 pm
I traveled over 2 hours, and rode around to get to the hotel at 10 minutes til 3. Upon arrival, I was told I could not check in until 4:00pm. I had to sit in the parking lot until 4;22 when my room finally came available.

I liked everything about this stay. The room and bathroom were great. The sheets and pillows were great and the staff were great…so was breakfast!

We booked here for my daughters' tournament and I was very pleased. This property was extremely nice and the staff was extremely nice too! Their beds were very comfortable as well. We will be returning if we need to stay in Mesa area again.

Me and the wife were in town for working purposes and we were very comfortable @ the Holiday Inn Express everyone was very nice the breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable the pool & the jacuzzi was kool and the property was well kept I would come back & recommend
