Second time staying here and love this hotel its my boyfriends favorite hotel to stay at.

The hotel was very nice but I wasn’t able to use the shower for either night of my stay. I reported it at 6:00 am the morning of my 2nd night and was told that it would be corrected that day. I arrived later that evening and it still wasn’t fixed. I had to resort to using the sink. After spending close to $300 a night I was quite disappointed.

Arrived around 930pm to no one at the front desk. I stood there for close to 2mins before anyone arrived to check me in. Thats understandable, as Im sure they were busy and not expecting me.
Housekeeping was up cleaning nearby rooms at 7am, which was slightly annoying. I was trying to sleep in a bit as Id been traveling for close to 24hrs.
8am- Coffee and breakfast items in lobby area were empty, and the front desk didn't even ask how my stay was.
Im brand loyal and choose to stay at Marriott Brands over the Hilton Brand, which my job prefers we stay. But next time Im in FDL, I will probably look for a different Marriott brand or stay across the highway at the Hilton.

Very nice hotel. Very clean! Only problem was at check-in with a new clerk. It resulted in us being charged twice for our room. Can’t resolve this until Tuesday when the general manager returns from vacation.

Everything was new, fresh, modern looking. Brand new carpeting, clean. Furniture modern. Perfect shower, clean, soundproof windows. Breakfast was simple but satisfying.

The manager was a very kind and helpful. The facility was clean. The breakfast was wonderful. It was very close to the 2 main bike trails we came to town to ride. I would highly recommend!

Perfect location for EAA airshow. 15 min. drive. Right on Rt.41. This is where I'm staying next time I come up to the show.

This is a great option if you need a hotel in Fon Du Lac. Everything is clean and updated, the staff is friendly and the location is quiet. Awesome TV in the room with a ton of streaming options! I look forward to staying here again.

This is a very new property. Our room was immaculate and the price was extremely reasonable. Seems to be managed very well and compares favorably to top Fairfield Inns across the country. The mattress was very comfortable.

Last minute stay with a trailer, and we absolutely made the right stop. Ample parking, clean and well decorated rooms. Front desk agent was lovely too!

After walking out on our existing reservation across the street, due to very filthy and unsanitary conditions in our rooms, we were very pleased to move our reservations to the Fairfield Inn & Suites for the weekend. The facility was in immaculate condition. Extremely clean and well taken care of. The staff was super friendly and helpful during our entire stay. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Fond du Lac.

What a breath of fresh air! This place is amazing. Had a horrible experience the 1st night of vaca at a dump of a place down the road, but the Faifield saved our entire trip. Friendly, gracious, wonderful staff and facility! Highly recommend this beautiful establishment ❤

The place was nice in that it was pretty new. However, $225+ for the room in Fon du lac... I have been to the Bellagio for less.
No room cleaning apparently due to COVID. It would be nice if at minimum that could be communicated.

I didn't know in advance that our room had a mini fridge. That would've been good to know.

Our stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites was acceptable but not fantastic. Check in took ages because the hostess was busy gossiping with another employee in the office while we waited 18 minutes ringing the bell we found hiding behind the computer on the desk. The room was clean but smaller than we expected. We were in a king suite which claims to accommodate 6 guests but there was room for only the king bed and a queen sofa bed and not much else. I'm glad we didn't have 6 people because I'm not sure where everyone would have slept...maybe in the shower I guess? Or maybe we were supposed to share the king bed with another couple..?? There were only 3 bath towels but no big deal there; we just called down for a couple more. The breakfast was good enough. The pool is comically small, making me wonder why they even bothered, but the pool towels were fantastically soft and fluffy. The place was ok but nothing to write home about.

It seemed to be new so was what you would expect in that regard. We asked for a quiet room and it satisfied that by being very quiet. Their covid concerns limited how they did breakfast, but it was included and quite satisfactory.
