Nice big room, but air-conditioned was very loud and the room had only one chair, when i asked for another chair i was lold ony one chair per room, very poor service.

Overall, our stay was ok. The breakfast at this hotel was average. I don’t suppose my family and I would return to this hotel for the simple reason that during our stay we had two fire alarms go off during the night while we were sleeping and did not receive any communication from staff in the morning on what was going on. Secondly, one of the staff serving breakfast on 3/30/2024 was super rude to my wife and a few other guests which was totally uncalled for. Matthew at the front desk was awesome though.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Close to the Ft Lauderdale airport. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe.

Matthew at the Front Desk was out standing! I had an issue with my suitcase that he helped resolve!

Great room for the value; clean; we were on first floor right by reception so smelt coffee in the morning lol; heard loud music at night but could’ve been car outside, didn’t last past 11; Andrew very pleasant and personable

Booked reservation on Hotel.com and paid but was charged more at the property? This is a common practice with Florida hotels now! Terrible business! Front desk attendants very combative when questioned about over charges! Managers are flippant to as long as they have your credit card they will charge you what they want! BE WARNED WITH THIS HOTEL!

Nice place to stay, not a very good view. The shower is wheelchair friendly but in turn, leaks water all over the bathroom floor flooding it out into the hallway at times leaving you to shower in the corner. Other than that, everything was good

Amazing and clean

Very pleasantly surprised. Very nice hotel. Clean and the staff is amazing. Andrew at the front desk has been super helpful.

Very nice stay.

Its was ok. The breakfast set-up was sub-par. Stick floor tiles in room where peeling up and an insane amount of bleach was used to clean the room. Wifi work. It was quite. The airport shuttle was now working.

The young man who checked us in was excellent and had great customer service. I wish I could recall his name as I feel he deserves a shout out! The property itself was clean, our room was nice, and the grab and go breakfast was very convenient for us.

Very clean nice staff

We came in at 8 pm after traveling for 12 hours, exhausted. The check in was quick and easy. The room was small but had everything we needed except a coffee maker. We stayed for 3 nites which gave us time to relax. Breakfast was Ok, no options for Glutin free items, but I had brought my own. We enjoyed the colorful decor, and it was very quiet, even though we were near the airport. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to be hear the airport.

No ice bucket, no cups or glasses for water.

They broke my suit case very dirty stuff around was broken

We arrived at the hotel and got the room, fortunately early. But, the room was not clean and sticky, I asked the room service girl to clean the floor again. In the evening my daughter walked for a few minutes barefoot and immediately her foot was black. In the morning I spoke to the lady at the main desk, she said she would take care of it, when we returned to the room, at 1430 the room was not tidy and not clean. I went down to the front desk again and the room service shift manager told me, without being ashamed, that she forgot to pass the message on to the cleaning manager. Almost an hour of anger until they decided to clean our room. We asked to cancel the second night and I was told that it was not granted because we need the approval of Hotel.com, which is probably not so true. We paid a lot of money and got dirt, nerves, bad service and zero attention.
