Probably the best option for the staying in the city with a chain hotel. Clean and modern with a very convenient location for heading downtown.

It seemed like a new hotel. Everything was still shiny and working well. The beds are comfortable. The pool is heated and the gym is sufficient for a quick workout.

Ice machine on my floor was out of order.
The juice machine was out of order for breakfast and the kids were bummed.

Best accommodations in Ukiah. Clean, spacious rooms, great bathrooms. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfast. I'll go back.

This was a quick shopping trip to Ukiah. I chose to spend the night.. Since this hotel was situated right where I needed to be, it was perfect.
From the moment I walked in the staff was warm and friendly. The atmosphere was festive but not overdone.
This is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever visited.
I shall return.

Checkin process was smooth, but guy was grumpy and not very welcoming.
Room on the other hand was excellent, what we expect from a Holiday Inn. Beds comfortable, bathroom clean and all in working order. Breakfast was well organized.

Room exceeded my expectations. Very clean, everything worked, comfortable bed & safe. Breakfast was good too except the last day of our stay, nothing particularly wrong but had to wait 20 minutes to get the bite of hot food but overall it was good experience. I would definitely come here again if in this area in future.

Nice hotel for a wedding weekend! Easy to fine, great location with Food Max Walmart and Costco right across the street. Hotel was very clean, lobby, elevator, our room, hallways all super clean and fresh! Comfy bed and pillows, nice shower with actual doors and not a yucky curtain! Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was perfectly fine except for the paper thin walls. You could hear everything in neighboring rooms and people were stomping around at all hours

Room service didn't come 2 of the days. Also, the person above me must've been on something, because at around 11pm there was some extreme stomping and banging coming from upstairs. Got to the point where I called the front desk to ask them to quiet down which did absolutely nothing.

Great stay. Breakfast was wonderful, staff super helpful and friendly. Just need to make the beds in handicapped rooms lower. Elderly people like my mom have difficulties getting in and out of bed. Overall, excellent stay.

The property was close and easy to find. We could walk to the grocery, restaurants and Wal-Mart. It was very close to many other attractions like wineries, redwoods, parks, etc. It was very clean, beautiful, friendly, and had stunning views.

The hotel itself is clean and welcoming. The pool is heated and not crowed. it’s a new hotel. The beds are comfortable and I love the blackout curtains. However, we had to switch rooms because one of the bed sheets had makeup all over it as if the sheets were never changed. Secondly, the air conditioning smelled so bad as if someone puked in it. Lastly, the headboard was greasy from people’s heads. The front desk switched our rooms because I just couldn’t get over the smell. Our second room is better.
