I have the best experience of this hotel.
I have never met such a friendly and sincere staff in my entire life.
I want to especially thank Shebl and Mohamed from the reception and Abdel from main restaurant.

Late Check-in took 2 hours and the room had an issue with the electricity that took some time to be fixed. Few staff members were unprofessional and spoke inappropriate Arabic words to the foreign guests. The buffet selection didn't change for the whole 5 nights and the food from the set menu of the other restaurants doesn't match the description.

Overall fine place to stay. The room was clean but very sparsely furnished with random pieces that all seemed secondhand. All-inclusive doesn’t mean all-inclusive. You must pay for alcohol after 5pm, which is dumb and weird. Food was okay, but not great. And not ready on time. Check-in took longer than any other check-in I think I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly.

Convenient location, within 15 minutes drive from the airport. Very quiet, nice atmosphere, beautiful reef and sea life available from the jetty. Attentive staff, wide selection of trips and water attractions. Clean, well equipped rooms. Wide selection of food for all meals.

Staff did all they could to make our stay enjoyable, too many good people to mention Amr, Ahmed, Mohammed just to name a few. Animation Team equally as good especially Anastasia & Sofia. Best Hotel Reef we have ever stayed at (and we have done a few in this area) - you can tell by the amount of boat trips that moor up near the hotel's pontoon. Great food at the A la carte restaurants and the kids loved the food menu served at the beach bar.
