The hotel is new, however, the tub’s faucet pulled from the wall when pulling the shower plug up. The remote was missing the battery cover. We had to wait for the front desk clerk upon arriving to check-in. The room was comfortable and spacious.

We were able to book a room while we were on the road traveling north. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful. She pointed us in the direction of a place we could get a good meal and the room was really nice and very comfortable. Super clean comfy beds and very quiet. Would definitely stay there again!

Just what we needed - clean, renovated room with free breakfast for our family of 5 (3 teenage boys). This was a quick night on our way home. The hotel is nicely renovated with modern furnishings and amenities. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast met our needs. If we had one wish, it would be to include a couple gluten free muffins for our youngest son.

The hotel is close to I95. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent. This is our second stay here within two years and the hotel has maintained cleanliness. Weird interaction with a staff member at the front desk during check-out. She had a nasty tone and was not very polite. Staff upon check-in was lovely and very helpful.

The hotel seems to be a brand new hotel. The staff was great and easy parking. It’s close to stores, restaurants and easy access to the interstate.

From check in to check out everything was amazing!! Shower had great strength!! The Dove Bath Amenities were great! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast!!

This was our second time staying for the night on our way home. The check in and out was flawless. The rooms were comfortable and the staff members were friendly. My only issue was that the front desk staff member who was very friendly and helpful, had a bad cough and should have been using a face mask so not get anyone else sick.

Our stay was short but great. We were traveling and needed a place to stay. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, comfy and quiet. We had breakfast before we checked out which was good and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was average at best. Guest room door did not close properly, I had to slam it very hard for it to latch. Dead bolt also did not line up properly and was useless. This caused us to feel somewhat unsafe. Limited options at breakfast as compared to other IHG Holiday Inn Express & Suites that we stayed at during this trip.

Staying at IHG was very nice...going into room for first time the room temperature was 54 degrees ...ending up using the heat. Nice room.

I stayed at this property last summer after it had just opened; it was sparkling and new. A year later it is starting to look like other hotels of its ranking. I am seeing signs of wear and tear on signage in the halls and trash in the rooms in places house cleaning wouldn't think there would be trash or even know to look.

Room had lots of thumb nails on the floor and trash around the beds. Bath curtains were dirty and toilet was dirty
