Short walk to the beach. New pool, chairs and pool towels provided. Ample parking at no additional fee. Grounds are well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful.
We would stay again when we return to treasure Island.

The hotel was clean, nice and quiet. We had 3 adults and a baby and had penty of space with the 2 bedroom room. Close to the beach and lots of dining and some shopping. Pool looked very nice! Would definitely recommend.

It is an older hotel that has been well kept and maintained. We had a great stay there would stay there again.

We were very happy with our stay. It was pristine in cleanliness. It was well stocked in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room with all the necessities you need. It is like a small apartment. The employee at the office that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the decor too. It was well done with what we would call “retro meets modern”. We would gladly stay there again if we come back to the area. It’s relatively short in walking distance to the beach too. Great place!

The location was great. Didn't tell us they were working on the pool until the week before we got there. The place was clean though we had some issues with the toilet. Overall was a good place to stay.

Convenient walk to beach/reaturants/bars. Relatively clean room - older hotel.
We were told prior to arriving they would be working on the pool for a few of the days during our stay. However the pool was totally gutted & gone for the entire month we were there! No heat in room, several of the evenings were cold!
Doubt will stay again & Would not recommend.

I would recommend this property even though they were in the process of installing new pool, they made sure I was comfortable. 180 Degrees from just across the inlet at the Bsy hotel and Marina. Will never recommend Bay even though Front Area is attractive.

Clean, good location. Steel bed frame missing pads under the legs so it made a lot of noise on the hard floors. Was offered a 10% discount due to pool construction but when i asked for the credit at check out I was told I should have asked at check in. Might still get it, we'll see.

We enjoyed our stay in the private studio that was detached from the rest of the rooms. We had a lovely time. They were working on the pool so the courtyard was not walkable at the time. Everything was clean and comfortable in our room.

Sea Jay is an older establishment that has been and is being recently updated. It was clean and sufficient for the one night we needed a room. The pool area is being redone and construction is in progress. Our room was a small and had everything we needed for that night. Walls are very thin and I could hear our neighbors on both sides throughout the night.

I was told that Pool was being under repairs but when I got there they were tearing the whole thing up with jackhammers starting at 8 AM then four days later they started putting pavers on the sidewalks where it was hard to get in and out of my room, very ugly scenery

Great little motel a couple blocks from the beach. Was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was awesome and they kept is well informed via text. Would recommend!

An adorable and retro spot on Treasure Island! I have been coming to TI to visit family since I was 13 and this was a great spot to enjoy the island and spend the holidays with my family.

I knew the pool was being remodeled so that is not influencing my review. I doubt it will be complete by February. No one worked on it the time we were there. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The chairs in the room were very uncomfortable and should be replaced. The shuffleboard courts are some of the best I've seen.

Everything was wonderful about the property, the owners are putting in a new swimming pool and we look forward to seeing that on our vacation next year. We stayed in the pirates suit and loved it. We recommend it highly.

Room was clean and had great features. No elevator for going upstairs but we managed the stairs ok. There was always water on and by the stairs but part of put stay it was rainy. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Would stay there again.

I have never before stated that accommodation was fun but this one was! Cottage made you feel happy with all the colours, windows into two directions with retro fridge, retro micowave etc.

We enjoyed the rates, the lovely staff, how attentive they were, and it was quiet and very close to our favorite beach! And the room was cheery and bright. The decor was excellent for Florida. Thank you!

The outside is beautiful. Beautiful landscaping, pool, dock, shuffle board..like a postcard of yesteryear. Inside our space was rather quirky. No sofa or comfortable chairs to watch tv. The front room had a bed and a tiny table with two uncomfortable plastic chairs. The bedroom has a bed and a chest. Beautiful bathroom. No closet. It needs furniture in the front room, not another bef.

This property was wonderful. Very clean and looked great. The rooms were the cheapest around and it included a full kitchen, living room, and chairs outside your door to sit. My husband loved fishing in the marina that was right there. We walked everywhere and didn't have to worry about parking. Parking at the motel was right there and easy. The staff were very nice. We are definitely staying again!
