Hotel is quite new but front desk unprofessional with non hospitality at all. No facility you can use and breakfast so so. Room & bed bath small. TV not working

This hotel, though fairly new, was a huge disappointment and a missed opportunity. Thankfully, we were only booked for one night and one night was enough.

The Vancii is in a fantastic location close to the Medina with an easy walk to get there. However the ‘superior’ room we booked the TV wasn’t working & there was no fridge to keep drinks cold. When staff were approached about these issues they assured that the TV would be fixed & a fridge would be provided. Unfortunately the most important of these requests was ignored! The chose to fix the TV & not provide the fridge as promised! If I stayed again I will be making sure the room allocated has all the amenities advertised & that they are all working!

Very modern and beautiful hotel. Extremely clean and has the best views on the rooftop overlooking the city as you enjoy your breakfast. Staff is very friendly. This place is a must stay in if you are looking for comfort in chefchaouen.

Property was centrally located in the heart of Chefchaouen and easy accessible for taxi pickup. The terrace was great on top of the hotel offering panoramic views - just at night, the terrace is public to all and you need to pay for a drink to be able to stay which wasn’t clearly indicated. The room was pretty basic but clean. Unfortunately, there was major construction next door and was heard all day into our room making it less relaxing for napping.

The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are smart and clean and have everything you need. Unfortanetly despite requesting a quiet room, I was put in one which made it sound like I was sleeping on a very busy street, with barking dogs, tooting cars and people talking and yahooing until the early morning. This was compounded by the terrible smell eminating from the bathroom, which I now note, is mentioned by a number of reviews. I complained straight after check in but was told by a defiant unhelpful young guy that the place was fully booked for both days of my stay and there was nothing that could be done.
Thankfully Hind, on reception in the morning when I was about to check out early, saved the day and moved me to a higher floor, that was quiet and did not have a stench coming from the bathroom. Hind was very helpful and professional, as were 70 per cent of staff. It was let down by a couple who werent.
I also must commend the delicious chinese food in the restaurant, which made up for an average but free breakfast.

Very good boutique hotel. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Only drawback was the single room needs somewhere to hang up the clothes, even if it’s overnight stay. Also, a chair in the room would be beneficial. The cleanliness was a big plus.

Great hotel in the heart of medina , new hotel built a few years ago , rooms are very comfortable , breakfast is very good , roof terrace is amazing . Staff are very friendly and accommodating , help with any questions related to city or near by places , walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops and about 15 min walk to ras Elmaa water falls which is a great place to explore , and you can walk further up to the Spanish mosque after the water fall . CTM bus station is about 20 min walk (downhill from the hotel) or 5 min by taxi .. overall great hotel and staff, highly recommended

A lovely Moroccan hotel very close to the main plaza and with nice views across the valley. The staff were super friendly and helpful and while not exactly luxury, much care had gone in to the aesthetics of the property. We would definitely stay again.

My stay was very lovely, staff was friendly and accommodating at all times. Restaurant was delicious and well priced. Very convenient location with beautiful views and comfortable seating. I recommend this stay to my friend already and I would stay here again. Beautiful property.

Excellent stay! I came with my brother and 2 sisters and had a great time! Comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast. Staff was outstanding. Especially Mohamed, the manger of the breakfast. Very friendly and helpful! Will definitely come back.

This must be the best hotel in Chefchauen. The rooftop view is simply amazing and really makes it 5 stars in my opinion! On top of the hotel you have the breakfast open area with a beautiful view to the village and on top of it you have another level with a nice little rooftop with cute Moroccan decoration where you can seat and enjoy the view (you can watch the sunrise and sunset from there).
The breakfast was nice with good variety. The rooms are small but decent and modern. Shame we stayed near the lift so every morning there was a lot of noise of people coming and going. Staff are ok (not all of them understand English) apart from the receptionists. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Our group really enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent. The staff was so helpful and professional (just note that the front desk is not open before 8:00am, so plan accordingly and settle any account payments the night before if you plan to check-out early). The highlights for us were the breakfast (thank you to the accommodating staff!) and amazing rooftop with views of the Blue City. Highly recommend!

This is a small, simple, but pretty hotel. You get what you pay for. Attention is good. Rooms are clean and tidy. The rooftop is absolutely stunning and the reason we stayed here. Would return here again.

This hotel was excellent. Unfortunately we had reserved a second night which we could not cancel at another place. Otherwise we would have stayed longer. This hotel turned out to be nicer and more convenient than the second place ( which was twice as expensive).

Got free upgraded to a suit room with fantastic belcony and mountain view. The room is clean confortable, with multinational power outlets on both sides of the bed. Walking distance to medina.

For example, we needed to find a COVID test lab to take the test required for our flight home and the front desk staff walked with us 10 minutes to the lab and served as an interpreter to help us arrange our test. He then walked with us through the old city to see some of the sites, and showed us how to get back to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located with a 2-3 min uphill walk to the main square. Parking was 20 dh in an adjacent lot for our overnight stay. The decor of the room was a bit too Chinese for our taste, but the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

New hotel. Billed 4 star but more like 2.5 at best. Convenient to the town ( belter options available ). Staff was very very friendly. They tried their best to make us comfortable. But facility was lacking … Heaters not working ( key pad was chinese no english option). No iron ergonomically not set up correctly … no outlets conveniently located. Their credit card machines not working… just blah …
