The check in was horrible, only one staff member at a time was at the desk while the other was being a barista! Awful to have your paying guests line up 4 and five deep to get checked in on an ordinary Thur afternoon! In regard to the area around the hotel, the driveways are much to narrow and configured so you have to maneuver very attentively to avoid the stone curbing !

I was pleased to see the same person at the desk that checked me in for my last stay. Super nice lady and I enjoyed my stay there again. My "go to" hotel for my trips to New Jersey now. Dinner at the bar was good and service is wonderful.

Beautiful hotel, very clean. The only negative thing i have to say is that the music was way too loud in the lobby.

The staff here is angry and awful. The gardens are included in the amenities but you aren’t allowed near them. Weddings only. We were literally told we did pay 100k to have our wedding there so not for us to enjoy. The hotel itself is nice and clean but rooms are small and water pressure terrible. We could hear the music on the 3rd floor after nine pm. Do not valet. The valet staff play ball right where they park the cars. The valet people were talking about disgusting things as well. We watched them hit cars with the ball and laugh. Also the restaurant and bar are not very good. Highly do not recommend.

The hotel was nice! Rooms were clean, no issues with any of the amenities. The only problem we had was our tv, it kept on freezing. We constantly had to turn it off and turn it on to restart it.

Beautiful and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the place. Only exception was that we were above a big celebration and the music was loud. We had a long trip coming there and was tired. Glad there was a rule of people needing to be quiet after certain hours. Glad they had fun. Maybe put us in a different room?

The overall experience was beyond disappointing and dissatisfying. I was coming for a wedding, which should have been a joyous occasion, and from valet to check in, the staff were not welcoming and lacked good good customer service. The weather was bad and guest were scorned for having umbrellas wet the floor; I would expect that a hotel of this price point would offer umbrella plastic bags to accommodate for this issue. I arrived at 11:40 am for a wedding that began at 1pm, and the hotel staff would not even initiate the check in until noon when they knew why we were here. If I already have to pay a fee to check in early, why would you subject guest to wait 20mins, causing congestion in the lobby for check in and ultimately making us late. The final complaint was the condition of the room. I found discoloration on the bedding, the room was humid and had moisture in the air, and the space and amenities were not comparable to other hotels I have stayed at for this price point.

Really nice hotel that I'm sure I will be staying in again. The rooms are clean and well laid out. Parking on site is easy to use. The staff is super nice and they serve Starbucks in the lobby.

I attended a wedding here. I attempted to book the hotel through the website direct with the blocked room code. It did not work. I tried to email the hotel. I messaged on Instagram. They didn’t answer for weeks. When they did, they said that they didn’t know and couldn’t help. As a result, I booked a hotel through a third-party site. Hotels.com was also cheaper. I was disappointed in the poor customer service before even arriving. On arrival, check-in was a disaster. It took well over 20 minutes. It was extremely disorganized And just overall a mess. There was no professionalism. All the employees were just sitting behind the counter talking about their night off and their friends and going out. I had to take my card out and put it back five times because they could never seem to get it done right. They kept telling me the process was finished, but then there were multiple more papers for me to sign. Overall, the entire process was long, disorganized, unprofessional, and very irritating. When I asked about the location of the wedding, they gave me no information and were reluctant to answer any questions I had. They gave me no info about the amenities that I was charged for. Your front desk team needs a serious revamp. I expected this to be a top quality hotel, based on the reviews and stars, but I was disappointed.

Good experience

My room had curb webs. When I reported they told there is nothing they could do about it. And they lied and told me the willing to change my room and I refused. Never again will go stay there.

Lovely spot, especially for a special event. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the restaurant looked enticing.

The place is very clean, beautiful and new. The restaurant is excellent.

I liked how the key cards worked

The property is pleasant enough but they are clearly understaffed. The first night of check in took 30 minutes and there was only one couple ahead of us that apparently were oblivious to the fact that the desk agent was spending an extremely long period of time giving them sight seeing advice. A simple gesture to allow us to check in would have been nice. Also important to know is that there are none of the standard amenities that you come to expect in a resort like this. Of course there was no maid service, so trash piles up in the room, especially since the two trash cans were mini in size. We reused the dirty towels but it would have been nice to have the option of a clean one. We requested to at least have the trash removed but we ended up having to do it ourselves. The broken toilet lid was replaced the first day which was good. There is no room service or even a coffee pot in the room. All you get in exchange for losing all the standard services you have come to expect at a high priced resort like room service, cafe, microwave, or maid service is two free bottles of water. Won’t come back. Better to go to a Hampton Inn or Fairfield Suites.

The restaurant was superb. Gourmet food. One of the best I ever ate at.

This was one of the BEST wedding venues I have ever attended in my 61 years. Excellent facility! This place has it all. I will be back again!

Very beautiful property. Excellent restaurant. Very good staff. It was a very pleasing stay and I would go back often if I was in the area.

The Hotel is a must visit for dinner.
