Great modern hotel, close drive to Kennedy Space Center.

Location near Kennedy Space Center, Air Condition is very loud and running all time!

The rooftop Space Bar was great. Super view, good beverages and good bar foods.

My friends and I had a room with two king beds and It was very roomy. We were going on a cruise and it was very convenient. The only problem was the restaurant was very expensive. We went somewhere else to eat.

Very clean and modern. I liked I needed to leave my key in the key pocket to leave the lights and air in. When I left my room, I take my key out of the pocket and it turns the lights off. Every one is super friendly! Great place to stay!!!

Beautiful new hotel. Loved the river view and enjoyed viewing a rocket launch from the roof top Space bar.

With it being so close to Kennedy Space Center you could see the launch pads from room (if you book a river view room). The rooms are spacious. I also love you have the 2 King size bed option!!! Super unique hotel.

Very comfortable, clean and great staff. The Space Bar , on the roof, gives you a fantastic view of the the launches from the Kennedy Space Center. Also, very quiet.

Beautiful and clean place. Great staff. Just not practical when you arrive late and can't buy beer even though it's in front of you.

Wanted to have water view. Got parking lot. My little astronaut was broken. There was this horrible noise coming on and off with a loud thud. Running thud off. Again and again. They comp breakfast for this. But I have 5 hrs driving ahead of me and I had no sleep. Nice shower. Bed was a bit too firm for me. Food options were strange and expensive. It wasn’t good either. It was rainy so I couldn’t tell you about outside.

Loved having a view of Kennedy Space Center from our room. Hopefully next time there will be a launch going off.

We watched a rocket launch from the roof top restaurant. It was amazing!

I took away 2 stars from the overall rating was because of the following reasons but overall it was a nice and safe property, we stayed here for 2 nights. 1) the hotel only does house keeping if you stay is more than 2 or 3 nights. We were staying for 2 nights so never got housekeeping to clean room And for fresh towels and we were not aware of it hence had to use the towels again the next day 2) so when I asked for fresh towels the next day at 6.45 am at front desk, so that we get ready early for Sea World, I was told I will only get after 8 am because that is when the housekeeping staff comes in. The front desk doesn’t have the ability to hand over towels to guest. I think that is silly 3)) the hotel has breakfast cooked to order but you need to order them at the bistro and then carry it to your room. No calling options available

Space Bar is a great atmosphere and great food.

It’s an awesome and amazing place to stay! The staff is so friendly and nice! If you are going to visit the Space Center , this hotel is the best choice! We had wonderful experience here and will be back again!

Unique property with the Space Bar that allows excellent views of launches from NASA. What I didn't like was the lack of service after requesting at the front desk. For instance, the tub barely drained when showering. Within a few minutes I was standing in an inch of water. I asked the front desk (in person) if they could check it out. All the person at the counter did was write the room number down on a sheet of paper and circle it. Mind you the paper already had a bunch of other writing on it and there was no other note added to it.That was on a Friday. No one ever went to the room to clear the drain. The next day I went to the desk (a different staff member) and asked if they could refresh the glasses in the room. I even said I didn't need full room service, just new glasses. Well, those glasses sat and sat in the room until I checked out the next day. Two days, two requests, zero service. Unacceptable. I gave it two stars because the employees at the Bistro were helpful and pleasant. Not that the front desk personnel were rude or anything, it's just that they did nothing to fulfill simple requests. If not for the Bistro personnel it would have been 1 star.

Second time staying at this location. Great service from staff and manager on site.

The lobby restaurant was nice but a bit expensive. The bathroom vent design isn't very good. Everything was covered in condesation after every shower and it took a long time to dry out. They said it was a centralized system and was working. Otherwise the room was great.

Great area; close and easy to go to other areas. Roof top bar is fun.

Rooftop bar location is great and staff were super friendly My only complaint is that my room had a very strong pet odor. All night it seemed like I had a wet dog sleeping at the foot of the bed. I don't know if the hotel is pet friendly or not but someone definately had one in the room.

Location is great for KSC

I want to give this hotel five stars BUT a huge part of the attraction was the space theme and the star projector didn’t even work. We fiddled with it and couldn’t get it on even took it down to the front desk. It was a let down for sure. Other wise the staff was great. The restaurant prices were a little high I thought but it was vacation so I wasn’t too concerned

We had a perfect stay! Loved the little extras including all of the space themed memorabilia was such a wonderful touch and the views were fantastic! We will definately be back!

Close to space centre , we were able to watch rocket launch which was excellent
