Like new facility. Great location. Mall within a 1/2 mile. Tons of restaurants close by. We stayed on the way to Louisiana and liked it so much we stayed on the way back. Also pet friendly with reasonable fee.

My stay started off on a very bad note. The desk lady, was EXTREMELY RUDE! Her name is Anna G. She did not have a card with her name on it, so I am assuming this could be a false name she wrote on a piece of paper.
After seeing another guest check in, I entered and asked about my room. Her reply, "I don't know". So I asked, is the whole hotel filled with reservations? She replied, "I can't tell you that". So I then asked, will I have a room? I've had a reservation for the passed week. I had just stayed at this same hotel the day before and the experience was wonderful. So I took a seat in the lobby waiting for 3:00 O'clock check in. This whole time I was looking up other hotels to stay at, not knowing if my reservation would be honored. At approximately 2:30 pm, another person who had checked me out the day before's stay, checked me in. No problems from her. Kuddos for her stepping up like she did. This ANNA person, needs re-training. She appears to not have been trained as to what her position is. She appears to be more better suited working in the breakfast area or maybe even cleaning up rooms after the guest has left. I am very, very disappointed with her service/attitude.
I don't know if I will ever stay at this hotel again because of her rudeness!

Very nice in all respects. I was surprised that we were charged a $100 security deposit. I would have been very reluctant if it was a hotel chain I was not familiar with. We are new to hotel stays since we recently sold our RV.

The interior design of the remodeled rooms is basically OK except for that it is very, very cheap looking. You can tell that the armoire and the mirror set on the wall are the cheapest chipboard materials . The window blinds are heavy and hard to operate. The bedside tables have Barely any room to put anything except for the hotel’s house phone. Those of us with a CPAP machine have to just had to squish everything together to get everything to fit. And there’s no second shelf to put anything on. In short, this remodel has done your brand no favors.

Everything was nice except for the fact that they changed my room a handicap accessible room which was fine with ne but the shower should have been designed differently. When I was halfway through with my shower I noticed that there was water all over the bathroom floor and going into the room. We got to the room after 1 am and my husband was trying to soak up all the water which caused us not to get in the bed until after 2 am and we had an appointment early the next morning. Besides that it was ok

This Holiday Inn must be brand new. It still smells new! We were greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk, who checked us in rapidly. Our room was extremely clean, as was the bathroom. The shower water was nice and strong, and stayed hot. I particularly liked the full size dispensers of Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, and soap and lotion on the vanity. Anyone who has struggled to get lotion out of the little sample bottles at most hotels will appreciate this. We were given the option to not have our room serviced, but the housekeeper gladly exchanged our towels etc. The breakfast was standard, but tasty and fresh. Yes, we would stay here again.

Out of all the staff Dioncyè was the most helpful of the staff. She was nice and tended to all of our needs. She’s a wonderful young woman with a lot of customer service oriented experience.

By far the nicest and organized hotel I’ve been too and I’ve been to a lot, the place is clean, bathrooms are well maintained and the rooms and in excellent condition. Highly recommend and will be staying her again and soon.
