it doesn’t specify that your are only renting the bottom half of the home. when viewing the listing before booking, it is listed as “entire home” which isn’t true. it wasn’t a deal breaker for me but I still would have liked to have know BEFORE booking. the person above us was stomping around CONSTANTLY. seemed like they were trying to get their steps in for the day . even at 11pm at night. still an enjoyable experience given the value.
