The property was beautifully upgraded and exactly as described and shown in pictures on the site. The check in process was seamless and we enjoyed all of the amenities of the property and the location is ideal for walking to restaurants and shopping and yet still tucked away in a nice quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Loved it

This home had everything we needed! It was centrally located and near everything we needed in Pacific Beach. There was plenty of space for a group of 9 with plenty of amenities in the house to include a billiards table, hot tub, and comfortable back yard. I would highly recommend this spot to anybody looking for a cozy and enjoyable spot in Pacific Beach!

Amazing new and modern. furnishing is beautiful with fantastic styling and personal touches. Very thoughtfully designed- very photo worthy. Kills me we didn’t even use the hot tub or cute backyard area- huge plus and why we booked it!
Just wish the price had been a little bit more reasonable only other complaint was the fridge reeked of rotten fish- like someone had left it there- but otherwise place was really clean!

We had 11 in our party and it was a great stay!! Kitchen-living area is an open floor plan - perfect for group dinners and the backyard was where we spent most nights hanging out. It was easy to walk into town and a quick drive to all the tourist activities.
