the pool that’s about it
the fridge had roaches, they couldn’t find my reservation at check in, the staff was not understanding and was making it seem like it was my problem that they couldn’t find my reservation.
and on top of all of that my room door was not locked and the code they gave me did not work, I couldn’t get into my room until 9 pm that night all because of their mess.
