House was very clean and there was plenty enough room for my party of 8. The host was very accommodating and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If I’m in the area, I will definitely stay there again!

First of All, I want to Say Thank You very Much to Host Daniel for Responding to Me very Quick. My Family and I Love The House very Much. It was Convenient to All The Places We wanted to Go. Love The Rooms & The Kitchen. Laundry Room was Good, but just a little concerned that the dryer didn't dry the clothes really well so we had to hang our clothes outside in the balcony to dry so maybe just need a little maintenence on it. Other then that, My Kids Love The whole house. We would definitely stay here again in the Future. 😉👍

Clean and quiet Will definitely stay there again

Four girlfriends from around the US stayed together for a conference and we had a lovely long weekend here! I was skeptical when I saw the neighborhood but felt very safe once inside and had zero issues. So kind that our host left such a nice treat in the kitchen for us - truly you can’t go wrong with chocolate! Plenty of space; everything worked except the coffeemaker. Would highly recommend.

We booked this property specifically to be in a certain area around family, but the day we were supposed to check in they contacted us to tell us that unit wasn’t available and they had another unit a mile north available for us. While I appreciate not being without a place for the weekend, this new place was not in an easy to access neighborhood. There were no coffee shops or restaurants nearby. It was right next to the interstate and not a friendly area for kids. It also was done outside the app via text. The apartment they put us in was clean. Check in and check out was fine. Just overall felt like a bait and switch as I can’t imagine people would book this location at this cost.

This house was different then the one we paid for. Other was under construction and we were not notified until the day of check in. Owner did find another place but disappointed in location and convenience. Feel that a partial refund should be credited to my card.

We really enjoyed this vacation home. The property is conveniently located and within walking distance to coffee, food and a convenience store. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The house is clean and just as described with large rooms, nice decor and a great layout for large groups. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the host was very thoughtful and communicative during our stay. Highly recommend.

The house was Fabulous, the house was very warm and cozy. The stairs in the house lol was great for our workout after eating out in town. Daniel was a great host and we would stay there again. And location was perfect. Thank you Daniel.

Advertised more bathrooms than what was delivered. Property is picked for reasons advertised and people need to accurately describe the property. 4 1/2 bathrooms advertised is not the same as 3 1/2. Each bedroom and couple were expecting their own bathroom as advertised. Also parking is way too tight. This needs to be addressed as well. Dryer was not operational either.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was easy. The unit was modern with balconies for outdoor entertaining. The multiple en-suite bathrooms were a plus. The in unit washer and dryer came in handy. Although bath towel were provided, we could have used some some wash cloths. Overall stay was good in my first Vrbo.

We were very pleased with this place! We had 7 family members staying, and it was plenty comfortable for all of us. There were several eateries within east walking distance too. The rooms were clean and bright and modern. We would stay here again if we needed to stay in this same area of LA, for sure. The host was very responsive to communications too.

SO many things wrong with this property. Number one thing was the false advertisement of the property!!! The host Daniel has done absolutely nothing about it to make it right. Even worse, he put in a damage claim over a week later because I have contacted customer service about the many issues that this listing has. What a professional Daniel is!!!! Below is everything that happened & the message Daniel has still ignored. Daniel, I don’t understand how you conduct business the way you do. The link for the house still has false advertisement as of 9/20/22 at 4 pm. As you know, your guests who just stayed in the house had issues due to those false advertisements of the bathrooms and beds.The fact that you throw a cheap air mattress and sheets by the door to fix the issue of the house not sleeping 10 when it clearly states that you do on the listing is very inconsiderate. Also, you bring a cheap air mattress that would not even hold the air. What a problem solver you are. Then the link for house states 4 1/2 baths and it only has 3 1/2. Then the issue with the AC not working downstairs and the dryer not working as well was another total disaster. Choosing to ignore those issues when you were contacted during the stay of these same guests is a total lack of respect on your part. If you think going through life cheating people and ripping people off is the way to go you are sorely mistaken. VBRO should hold you, the owners, to higher standards. Since you choose not to respond to the all of the issues, why should you get away with charging the full price on the rental? I am requesting $1425.00 be refunded. Daniel the host and his staff are amazing. We arrived late and had a little trouble upon check in but even at 11:30 pm Daniels staff came out to help. The house is as advertised perfectly located and central to all.

Love that it is close to all the shops and stores. Alot of good place to eat. Place is clean and updated. Property management was friendly and professional.

The property is newly renovated and was extremely clean and well appointed. It was very thoughtfully stocked, well organized and was a great place to stay in L.A. There was plenty of room with good-sized bedrooms and the property was conveniently located for many different places to go and visit and do things in the Los Angeles area. Host was responsive and communicative throughout and we really enjoyed our stay.
