Extremely spacious and clean. Shunette was able to answer all our questions in a timely manner during our stay. Quiet neighborhood even if it’s right by the Battery! It was also nice being right by a Sprouts grocery story and Ulta, got everything we needed nearby

My family stayed for 4 nights to attend the Braves/Mets series. The property looked as depicted in the photos and the location was perfect. About a 10-minute walk from the apartment door to Truist Park. Would definitely stay again when we come back for future games.

This property is very nice and clean. The only thing was they forgot to stock the toilet paper but the property manager was kind and gave me a refund for the toilet paper missing.

The apartment was very comfortable, visually pleasing, and clean. My family was right at home.

In all my years staying at rental properties I never had a host flat out lie to me. That is until this stay. My wife and I needed a place for 7 days while our home was being renovated to get away from construction fumes and dust. This place was listed as being at the Battery but ended up being near the Battery. None of the pictures on line showed the outside of the apartment and now I know why as the property is in a 1972 build apartment complex which shows its age. The apartment had been glossed over but I wouldn't call it remodeled. The microwave stopped working the first time we used it. The clothes dryer had such an accumulation of lint in the screen and basket it was actually black. Blocked vents are fire hazards. After the first night we noticed a strong smell coming from the apartment next door which was being fixed and painted do to a water leak. The fumes had migrated into the apartment and were so strong we were getting headaches and for health concerns we had to leave the apartment. We informed our host of the issue and asked for a refund for the 6 remaining days. Our host, Shunnette, stated twice in written communication, "Once your payment is processed I will issue you a refund " and, "I will give you a refund once you leave the unit". I realize now that she was actually waiting for VRBO to pay her so that she could control the funds. Days later when I asked about the status of the refund, the host told me I would need to file a dispute with VRBO to retrieve the refund and that there was a strict cancelation policy. I explained that I had not canceled but arrived at the property in good faith but could no longer remain as the present conditions were affecting our health. I did contact VRBO who stated they could not do anything because the host had the funds but agreed with me after reading our message communication that the host did state she would provide a refund. VRBO tried to contact Shunnette but she did not answer. VRBO followed up with an email stating that a refund should be provided. No refund was ever provided. Dishonest hosts should be banned from VRBO. Stay away from this property and its host is my advice.

Booked on short notice and host was great with communication. Brought my elderly mom for a quick trip to visit family. Host was very helpful with answering questions prior to and after booking. She gave excellent instructions on how to get to the property and check in. Centrally located. Updated amenities and cute decor. My mom’s first experience in a vrbo and she was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This home is just as described and perfect for a quick getaway with friends. Centrally located to many eateries and shops; also minutes from the interstate. Shunnette was a great responsive host. Bonus star because we were offered an option to check in hours earlier.

You know it was located in a very great spot. Although it was very hard to find. The door is inside like the community hallway. Unit was new and updated

I really enjoyed staying here. It was comfortable and quiet, close to all the activities and restaurants in Smyrna/Marietta.

So we loved the convenience of how close this place was to The Battery! We watched 2 Braves games and it was so nice to just easily walk over to the Field. The place is so cozy and beautiful, and Shunnette was very quick answering all my questions. Will definitely book this again

This little place is perfect for anyone who wants easy access to the Battery/Truist Park. It’s five minutes or less to walk to the Braves game or a great restaurant. The place itself was tastefully decorated and spotless, with thoughtful touches throughout . Communication with Shunnette was amazing - she got back to us within a few minutes every time. Highly recommend!

Very clean and cozy renovated apartment. The decor was so cute and there were a lot of extra little details that made us feel right at home. We stayed for a Braves game and loved that there was a path directly behind the building that lead to the Battery. Host was also awesome with communication and information. It was a pleasant stay!
