We were never able to stay here as we were either given the wrong place or it wasn't cleaned. it was being lived in when we arrived. Bizarre experience. To this moment, we haven't been given an explanation. The matter was referred from Vacasa national office to a regional rep who never communicated with us other than to suggest "you went into the wrong unit", which of course is impossible as we used the address and security code that THEY provided.

We had an emergency arise after the cancellation date; the first person I spoke with said we would be able to get a partial refund and then our conversation was cut off. The second person I spoke with just said no refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he took my number and I was never called.
I could have provided a doctor's note stating the problem my husband had and this was not even offered to me.
