Suggestions:
Pls put a towel or rug on the floor so the spillage can be wiped off , and will protect your nice floor
Also, provide a tray and a plate, glass and spoon, fork and a bowl for people if they have food to heat
The tray is important so that your table will not be wet / soiled when the guests eat and drop some food on the table .
I also have rental units . Just to share tips.

Was there a breakfast ?
Regarding, close to airport...taxi from airport to the b and b cost 41 pounds. Asking for getting a taxi or shuttle ordered for the morning " there is a bus stop down the road " No key to door. Next size down in room area would have been Harry Potter size

The room in a family house very small. Room temperature was high no AC or Fan. Too noisy all night due to open window and traffic outside. Will never recommend to my friends.
