mean
no kitchen paper towels, just 1 and 1/2 toilette paper for 5 days, no hair dryer, no lingerie for the sofa (my husband is snooring, thus we booked a 2 beds studio). we could not benefit of the second bed due to the lack of lingerie and because the sofa was broken and dirty. we asked for the second lingerie and the location offered one for extra 30 BGN. since we did not planned to buy a lingerie in Bulgaria, the offer was not accepted. bath towels and the lingerie have not being changed even if we displayed the "make our room" sign and even if there is a paper on the door asking us, if we stay mare than 3 days, to allow changing of towels and lingerie.

Everything was perfect. Very close to the beach, sea view from apartment, private parking

The location is good, with a nice sea view. Location is quiet and pleasant. The atmosphere is calm.
The parking and parking places could be a little bit bigger. The garbage could be token more often.

The apartment was big, had a lovely view and the pool was very nice and clean.
The hotel is close to two small beaches and some restaurants.
Everything was very nice.
