The setting being so close to horses and stables
Loved that the property had a bath. Liked some of the pieces in the cottage racing mugs and the toilet bit.

Location good. Comfortable couch. Kitchen well stocked with crockery and cutlery, etc. Shower good. Netflix and Amazon Prime available on the TV. Plenty of parking. Keyless access good. Good value for money.
Initial impression was a well appointed, comfortable, self catering apartment well located and good value, however, the housekeeping and maintenance let it down. Bin under sink wasn’t emptied. Oven was dirty and door wouldn’t close setting off the smoke alarm. No kitchen roll or dishwashing tablets. Laminate peeling on dishwasher door. Needs new duvet and pillows. Overall, the complex was tired and in need of refurbishment. Lots of weeds around the complex and bits lying around outside, eg old shower tray. Gates need painting.

It was perfect for a couple of nights away - clean and comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, dog-walks on the doorstep and a good pub within 10 minutes drive). Becki sent us all the access info in plenty of time, and responded super-promptly to a couple of questions about local walks etc. All good!

Location. Very quiet with walking direct from the property. Only 2 or 3 miles from the village where there are good pubs, a coffee shop and small stores.
We thought it rather shabby in places. Bathroom needs refurb as very old fashioned with a bath panel which does not fit properly. Mastic around the floor looks as if a child has applied it. Kitchen also scruffy, peeling veneer on cupboards, no top on washing machine although it is under a cupboard. Oven was very dirty as was the cutlery drawer. Loose electrical socket in bedroom. To sum up, it needs more attention to detail.

Felt like walk in my one home

Had everything you need
There a few mantiance bits they could be done
I.e the bath has dropped and needs recealing other wise could lead to damage under the bath floors
Skirting by back door lifted leaving a slight gap to out which could lead to damp/unwanted criters kn the warmer months
This did not disturb our stay or make it any less wonderful just something we think they should know

It has everything you need and easy check in.. Only one night, so hard to say more.

Easy to let yourself in using the keypad and easy to follow instructions from Becki. Plenty of space for 2 people and a super comfy bed. A nice quiet location too. Lots of space to park. A very good sized kitchen and bathroom with everything you might need. Thank you for the milk in the fridge too!

A beautiful location and a very well presented property. The cottage was very tastefully decorated with all the facilities that we needed to make it feel like home from home. Lovely and quiet, with good security and lots of scenic off road walks. It was cosy, and warm, with a comfy bed and a superb shower. We will definitely stay again.

I had a txt message from Becki offering me information to help on my arrival which i thought was a very nice touch.
I stayed in the Rose Cottage but there are others available. I was blown away with what i had for the money it was fantastic.
It was modern, clean, fresh and spacious i loved it.
The bed and pillows were perfect and with 2 pubs and a local store only a 5 minute drive it a great spot to stay. I will return for sure.
