Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet.
Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte bei der An- und Abreise persönlich. Das Abstellen des PKW ist auf dem Grundstück möglich- so hat hat man keine Parkprobleme.
Leider war es am ersten Abend sehr kalt, denn die Heizungen waren wohl längere Zeit aus. Am zweiten Abend war es dann angenehmer, da wir die Heizungen den ganzen Tag an hatten. Es wäre schön, wenn die Heizungen schon vor der Anreise angestellt gewesen wären.

Rolf is a very warm and welcoming host, and apartment is in the top floor of their house. The apartment is very spacious: one room with two beds, a big table, coffee chair and table, and closet, a separate kitchen & dining room and bathroom. Perfect for short or long stay.
There is enough parking space on premise and supermarket and restaurants are within few minutes by car. We would definitely book his place again when we go back in town or visit Cologne.

Very kind owner, modern kitchen and bathroom
Wifi is turned off from 11pm-9am. Most of the apartment is tilted because of roof, so not recommended for tall people

It was a nice staying. Everything is accessible as it's mentioned in the acomodation offer.
In spite of the accomodaion is in the owners house there is separate entrance to flat by staircase.
Good connection to Cologne by tram approx 500m

Parking available in the house. Even if the apartment is located on the same house we had full privacy and feel very confortable. There is private bathroom and kitchen.
The apartment is really near from the tram station (30 min to Köln).

Very beautiful apartment, better that on photos :)
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need. the owner was very friendly, met us with some fruits, and gave helpful tips on local transportation.
Location is also great, 18 minutes walk from the Mediterana Spa, 10 minutes walk to the U-Bahn to Cologne, multiple local buses.
It is tough to think of anything negative. The apartment is pretty close to the road, so you can hear the cars sometimes, but they are not crazy loud.
