Excellent location between Cashier's and Bevard. Even though it's on the road, there was zero road noise. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well appointed. View was amazing and can't be beat. We loved the snacks and water that were left for us, thank you host and the Charmin toilet paper! Both nice touches! Good collection of coffee too. The only and I mean only thing lacking is water pressure in the shower but that didn't bother us enough for us not to stay here again. Great stay!

This condo is great! Perfect for a couple or small family. Beautifully decorated and includes all the comforts of home. The sunrise over the mountains and falls is breathtaking, and the view of the falls, oh my, you couldn’t ask for a better view. You can hear the falls even before stepping out on the deck, then once outside the falls are right there in view. We enjoyed exploring the area and riding through the mountain roads. Found some great places to eat. We had the best time and will definitely consider staying here again.

No words can describe, outstanding comes close! Between the waterfall and both fireplaces ... did i mention you can watch the sunrise rrom bed!

We had everything that we could need. The owner outfitted this condo with great cooking equipment and plenty of linens etc. The owner supplied fireplace logs and even Christmas decorations! We loved it and felt very welcome! The view is amazing!

This was our 1st time leaving Florida & simply the best place we could have chosen. Extremely clean, beautiful view, & perfect location. Kitchen had every small appliance/utensil we needed to cook with. We stayed for 5 days & will most certainly be back. Loved the woodland theme inside. Also, Two fire places ? Like that’s awesome. Idk if that’s a NC thing, but I was so excited about that. The rushing waterfall in the backyard was the best sound to fall asleep/wake up to. Our 5 year old was amazed as well. (So sorry about the guest book scribbles…. Son got it while we were sleeping) People asked for the link to stay there the moment I posted my pics. Thanks, Jason. Happy new year!

We spent three days at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Communication was great both before and during our stay. It was nice waking up to the sound of the waterfall from the deck. I was surprised at how well stocked this condo was, I mean this owner thought of everything!
I would highly recommend this location and look forward to staying here again.

Jason’s unit was everything described and more. It was clean, spacious and had everything you need for a little getaway. And the sound of the waterfall in the background each morning was bliss! We had a little trouble figuring out the keypad to get in, but Jason was very responsive to help. We can’t wait to plan our next stay there.

Great one bedroom condo, overlooking waterfalls and fall foliage. There is a potential extra bed with the sofa in the living room. Location is right near Lake Toxaway and state park and it’s located within several miles of grocery store and nice restaurants.

The condo was wonderful! The view from the deck was breathtaking & we loved watching the sunrise every morning & enjoying breakfast & dinner with a beautiful view. The condo is very tastefully decorated, very comfortable & well stocked! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this property. The condo was beautiful, very comfortable, and provided everything we could need. Also, it was in a great location for us. The waterfall view was amazing, and we were lucky enough to get to enjoy some of the fall leaves. We would definitely consider staying at this property again, and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the place was a perfect location for all of the surrounding waterfalls. We hiked every day and visited over 25 waterfalls. Location was 40 mins from Highlands, 25 from Brevard and 20 from Cashiers. That made it very convenient commute to those areas to hike. The view is awesome too! We will definitely return

The place was charming; perfect size for a couple. Washer/dryer included. Beautiful view of waterfall and great deck. slept with the window open; near road but don’t hear the intermittent traffic because the waterfall is so nice and loud!!

Lovely condo with a GORGEOUS mountain AND waterfall view! Our family of 4 loved the space...very well decorated and stocked. We loved the deck and the huge master bedroom/bath. We enjoyed the proximity to several state parks for hiking/water activities (Gorges, Devil's Fork, Panthertown) and used this as our home base for several day trips at these places. We really enjoyed walking to the Mexican restaurant and enjoying their beautiful deck and view as well! A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND ENJOY THE VIEW!

My husband and I came to this location for the weekend recently. I cannot say enough about how perfect it was! Very clean, lots of amenities and beautiful view off the back deck!

Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion would be to invest in your outside deck. It’s the star and should be given some attention to show off that beautiful view. Invest in new table and high top chairs so you can see over the railing. When we walked out on the deck the chairs were scattered and there are a lot of cobb webs. House keeping should spend time making sure it’s all cleaned up out there. Great wine glasses and the bed was super comfortable.

Very pretty view from back porch. Glad we read other reviews so we knew to turn in by Tex Mex restaurant. Great market to buy food about 12 miles toward Highlands. When you travel with a pet, you do takeout. Mountain Grocery in Highlands has some good stuff too! Also Ugly Dog Pub has nice outdoor patio. Overall pleasant visit with lovely cascade sounds!

Our son stayed there with our grandson. It was so convenient for us when we visited MF. They loved waking up to the sounds of the falls every morning enjoying a cup of coffee and letting the falls help them fall asleep at night

My girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo. It sits right above a beautiful waterfall. We ate several meals on the deck overlooking the waterfall. There is easy access to several restaurants (with a great Mexican restaurant within 200 yards) and many great hikes very close (including Gorges State Park, which is less than 15 minutes away). The bed is very comfortable and it is quiet at night. Perla, the property manager, is very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this condo.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo complex and your unit was everything we desired and needed, along with special extras like snacks! When we were having an issue with the AC, the property owner sent someone over immediately to address it and remained in contact with us. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom, stocked kitchen, and absolutely beautiful overlook!!

The condo was so well appointed. Everything we needed was provided. The view was under rated on the listing as was the condo. This was superb and I would highly recommend it. The owner was extremely nice.

It was a perfect get away for our 24th anniversary. We enjoyed the Mexican Restaurant at the top of the hill. I would let people know that the turn for the condo street is beside this restaurant, it was hard to find initially. Loved the two grocery stores locally, the Panthertown cafe for breakfast, and it was a quick ride to Brevard for other shopping and eating options. Loved the wineries in Hendersonville. Condo had everything necessary.
