Got this bed and break fast for very cheap while visited Abbotsford. Breakfast is more then expected and everything served as buffet , you eat all you can . cereals, coffee, tea and juices, all types of bakery and pastries, milk , meat and salami and luncheon. The common bathroom is big, clean and the toiletries are complete for your consumption. The staff are polite and nice to talk to. The room a smart TV , air conditioner , a stand fan as well, a nice queen bed.
Overall, a must recommend if you have a limited budget.

Room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Hosts are super friendly and great to chat with, upgraded my room to upstairs. big breakfast buffet and interacted with some guests

Check-in hostil: a pesar de que en Boooking.com especifican que aceptan tarjetas, no es así. Tampoco se permite el uso de la cocina, tan solo del microondas y tras discutir largo sobre ello. La propietaria se refería continuamente a realizar las reservas en su web como justificación para disminuir la prestaciones contratadas.
La propietaria nos alojó en una habitación diferente a su criterio (ignoro si superior o no, ya que la nuestra era en la planta baja y con patio y nos reubicó en la primera planta sin acceso a exterior).
Continuamente se refería a que si pagábamos más, podríamos recibir más. En nuestro caso solo queríamos aquello que contratamos.
Fue una experiencia bastante incomoda que limitó el disfrute (a pesar de seguir viajando felizmente:)).

The fridge at the bedroom was stinky, smelled really bad. The ceiling fan was dusty.

The owner Anita is very kind and friendly. I made a non-refundable booking by mistake, and Anita is very kind to allow cancellation and provided full refund. I would be happy to re-book this place next time I come to Abbotsford. I actually went there and Anita showed me the interior.

Location was good for my event at a local school.
Very uncomfortable being asked to take pictures of credit card.
Very, very unhappy to be asked for cash or to go somewhere else upon arrival, when that was not mentioned anytime prior to arrival.
Received a cancellation notice due to invalid card afterwards as well.

It was very homey - it was a real home - I especially liked the elephant figurines all over the place and the plants in the central garden.
I’m not used to using a shared bathroom, where I need to exit my room to use it. I had to be aware to either put on pants or wrap my waist in a towel.

i really enjoyed my stay here , Anita gave me the room upstairs and its very nice and clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast. thank you for accommodation. Its a nice and quiet home.

a beautiful backyard with excess from downstairs as well.

Our stay at Anita’s was incredible! The home and room was absolutely stunning with an amazing touches.
This was our stopover as next morning was early flight and Anita prepared breakfast at 7am.

Very beautiful home, They made me pick my bedroom from upstairs or downstairs where i chose upstairs , The hosts are very friendly .

This is a very good bed and breakfast . We stayed here for 4 nights and every day the breakfast was different. Anita made a lot of efforts to give her best. The bed was very comfortable and its nice and clean. Our stay was excellent.

My check in was very late at 3am . and she had no problem at all.
It was the first time staying at this Anita's Bed And Breakfast. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The room was upgraded to a master bedroom with 2 queen beds , very spacious and comfortable. Anita is very friendly, She was so welcoming, helpful and has a personality that shines. I will definitely stay here again.

Anita is very welcoming , Check-in was easy .
The breakfast was very nice and quiet a variety with fresh fruits . A different type of omelet and waffles with grapes.
The bed was very comfortable.
Anita's Bed And Breakfast is a very safe place and she is concerned of who is booking .
The views are amazing very close to main road and restaurants.
The house was spotless and it felt very cozy had a good rest.
The perfect location and perfect views , life really doesn’t get better than this.

Check-In was very easy and Anita greeted with a big smile. Her breakfast menu is a large variety of many different bagels / Danish / pastries / 3 types of bread , 4 types of cereal , blueberry muffin. and more.
