It worked out great for a girl's getaway wine country adventure weekend to celebrate 2 birthdays. The accommodations were great!! The home is clean & has everything you need. Easy to find & convenient location for Sonoma County Wine tasting. One thing to note is it is in a neighborhood & has an early curfew for enjoying the outdoor space.

This is a great house with nice amenities. My family stayed here while we visited family in Healdsburg and it was a convenient location. The master suite was lovely with a large bathtub. The hot tub was a nice way to end the evening.

The upsides: easy check-in; great hot tub; safe neighborhood; guest bedroom beds were firm; good access to 101, downtown Windsor and foothill trails; large kitchen.
The downsides: the master bed is horrific - slumps tremendously in the middle, makes horrendous loud noises when you move, and offers zero firmness. It needed to be replaced 5-10 years ago. And the sheets also needed to be changed 5+ years ago; I didn't want to look at them when getting into the bed. The carpets were stained throughout the home, and while they seemed clean, they were stained. The kitchenware was very basic, and the teflon pans were damaged, so I wouldn't want to do much (or any real) cooking in spite of the size of the kitchen. The owner needs to reinvest some money into this property. [oh, and the property manager wrongly accused us of making so much noise that they were going to kick us out -- but whoops -- we hadn't even checked in. This occurred the night BEFORE our check-in, so we weren't even there.]
Other than the downsides - which were substantial, but certainly solve-able - the home was comfortable for us as a family of 5.

Property was pretty much as expected by the pictures. We were hoping the fireplace was available for use. Kitchen was adequately setup. Not a fan of the thin plastic cutting boards and you have to take the knobs off the range in order to get to the wooden board. Jacuzzi and firepit were great. King bed in the master was comfortable but it had what I would call a sink hole in it.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was so nice to end each day by going HOME. This property is nestled within a live-in community. Safe, nice and quiet.
