The condo was very clean and easy to get to downtown and the ski resort via a free bus that picks up right out front of the condo. Communication with the host was great. I would highly recommend booking.

We have stayed at several different units at Beaver Village and love this one for the comfortable king bed and nice decor.

I can’t say enough about Kim and Russ being so informative and helpful about their place and things to do around the area! This cozy place has more than enough room to stretch out or huddle up in the couch for a movie, which they have plenty of ready for you.
Very well stocked kitchen as far as condiments, coffee, tea, and a lot of spices. You won’t be disappointed in this adorable place in the mountains!

Russ and Kim were outstanding in their communication with us. The spices and condiments were very nice as we cooked several meals during our week’s stay. If the opportunity were to arise would definitely desire to stay here again.

I have stayed in many vacation rentals in several countries and this was probably the best equipped, well-designed rental we have ever stayed in. Anything a family could need, from plenty of outlets to guidebooks to Legos to bird feeders! My family had an amazing time; the proximity to Winter Park village and resort was awesome. Communication with hosts was efficient and helpful. We hope to come back!

Everything was wonderful! It was very clean. There were plenty of towels rather than just enough for everyone staying. There were extra sheets. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc as well as most food staples. There was great information left by the owners regarding things to do, restaurants, trails, etc. The instructions about the condo were very clear. Check in and out was super easy. The owners were extremely responsive and great at communicating. Wr will definitely stay again if we are back in Winter Park!

This is a wonderful vacation rental! I am 66 years old and have rented a lot of vacation homes over the years. The owners have really thought of everything you could possibly want or need on a vacation. If you have any questions they get back to you right away they are friendly and very knowledgeable of the area around Winter Park. if you have transportation, it will be perfect for you and the lift shuttle was a great help to us. The condo is clean, very well-kept, and you will feel right at home with the beautiful artwork and comfy beds. ! Would love to stay there again! Thanks so much for letting us stay in your little piece of heaven :)

We’ve been out to WP 3x this ski season and this was by far the best condo! They do a great job giving their guests the best experience! Great for a family with all ages. Beds are so comfortable! Sleds for kid use and a welcome basket with something for every age! They had a binder with everything you needed to know! I hope we can make it back to this condo!

Perfectly located between town and mountain. Condo is clean, cozy and well equipped. The owners have thought of everything and their care shows. Bonus points for the western decor, the first floor location, and the super-short walk to the Lift shuttle. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous time at Winter Park and the VRBO was such a cozy place! I loved the pictures on the walls of the horses and other animals! Animal lovers are all friends of mine. The place was superbly stocked very generously. Got to meet the owners and was like instant friendship. Great place, walking distance to town. Shuttle was on time , and pool and hot tub was relaxing! Thank you so much!!

We’ve stayed in numerous condos in Beaver Village. Let me tell you why you want this one.
1. When skiing, being on the first floor is key. Managing the staircases in boots is tough.
2. The city shuttle picks up right in front of this unit.
3. The beds are better than any we’ve slept in. Memory foam mattress in the master and kids loved the large size beds in the second bedroom.
4. They thought of everything!!! Do you like espresso? You got it. Kuerig? Got that too. Drip coffee? You’re covered. Did you forget hand warmers? Got ‘em. Need snacks? Got those too. Magnifying mirror for the ladies? Yep. They thought of that too.
5. The kitchen is well stocked. Napkins, sea salt and cracked pepper shakers. Oils, Spices, and every kitchen item you could want to cook a meal.
6. Plentiful towels for showering, xfinity cable and TVs in all rooms. I could go on but I don’t need to.
We will return just for the rare find of a king size bed and the memory foam mattress in the master which is unusual in BV.

We spent a week here, really enjoyed the location. Close to downhill ski resort (with a free shuttle), Nordic skiing out the back door and town with many restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was very well equipped, many personal touches, warm and beds were very comfortable. Could not have asked for more.

Well stocked condo. Great communication with owners. Short drive to Winter Park, parked in free Lot G. Had a great family trip skiing, snowmobiling and tubing in Fraser.
