Very relaxed

No fridge coffee or milk

Situated in a nice new housing estate , Clean , comfortable room , plenty of closet storage , bed with lots of blankets and pillows , extremely clean and modern bathroom facilities with plenty of high pressure hot water , solid & liquid soap , plenty of towels , nice coffee making sachets to use in the morning , excellent front door security system . Even when my flight had a 2 hr delay the evening to check in , my host stayed up to meet and greet me which was greatly appreciated !

Room was a little cold , maybe a small oil heater would do the trick ? Would of been nice to pay a little extra for a meal option if this was convenient for the host to do , preferably breakfast ?

Far from the city center and 1.4km walking distance from Williams Landing station. --The way to Aircraft station near the house is blocked by Army Base. .

The room was fantastic, exceptionally clean and well presented.

The bed was a little firm for me but I realise that is an individual opinion. A mattress topper would have made it a bit more comfortable.

The House was fresh and clean. Close to train station.

Coffee sachets in the room should be of better quality brand and not just one sachet per person. Internet connection for entertainment (movies, TV) was unreliable (freezes every few minutes). No information about the use of common rooms (kitchen, living).
