We stayed here as a group of 11 for six nights. The house is in a great location. About a 6-7 minute walk to the beautiful beach. All surrounding houses are nice and well- kept. Upon arriving , we noticed there was trash laying in the bushes and landscaping. The pool liner looks dirty and there were dead branches etc laying in the front yard. Along the side of the house there were empty buckets , hoses etc that looked as if they were left there after some sort of work on the house. The backyard is nice. However the pictures showed numerous chairs around a long table - neither were present. Upon entering the house , you enter a very large living room and kitchen open concept. Very nice for large groups of people. The six bedrooms are nice and spacious. Bedding was average. The second floor living room showed two couches on Vrbo. Only one present. The second and third floors are considerably hotter than the freezing first floor when the AC is on. Seems there needs to be some sort of attention made to that. The house looks like it could use a lot of sprucing up. A fresh coat of paint would help. Kitchen appliances needed deep cleaning. We have rented numerous houses and condos etc and aren’t that picky as long as the house is clean and in good condition. We were slightly disappointed with this rental. Space was great. Location was great. Just the house is showing lots of wear and needs some attention

Overall, we had a really great stay. The location is fantastic and the value for the location is great. There are several other houses on the street that are triple the cost. First, the RealJoy staff were great in replying to any an all requests that we had or needed during the week. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and appliances. There were also several toys for the beach, which we did not expect, but were pleasantly surprised by. The pool was small, but it was fine. We had 11 kids from ages 11-3 and it was perfect for them. We also had 8 adults and at any given time, there would be 2-3 adults and 4-5 kids swimming and it was fine. The third floor was a little warmer than the first and second floor, but that is to be expected with any upstairs room. They did have fans up there, which really kept things cool. It was awesome that the pool was fenced in the front and then that there was additional space in the backyard for the kids to play. It was nice that we could have them playing in the back without having to worry about them getting in the pool. The location was fantastic. It was a short block and a half walk to the beach. All 11 kids walked it each day with no problem. It was also very close to the grocery store and several restaurants. Overall, we had a really great time and would recommend it to friends.

Pulled into driveway where we were greeted with 3 overflowing garbage cans. Walked around back to find dirty grill tools left out and grill cover on ground and broken hanging lights on pergola.. Propane tank was empty and igniter broken. Grass was uncut and all landscaping overgrown. Inside was SO hot. 3rd floor was unbearable. 84 degrees the first two nights and 74 degrees the next two nights after a portable. AC was brought over. Used coffee grounds were in coffee pot. Dishwasher did not clean dishes so we hand washed dishes. 5 disgustingly stained chairs around table - 6th chair was missing. We had to fix 2 of the chairs as well as the handle on the front door. Lamp by sofa was on ground with broken shade. 2 different outlets on counter in kitchen did not work. Cooktop and oven were filthy. No closet rods or hangers in either 3rd floor closet so couldn’t hang up clothes. Ceilings on all 3 floors were stained from leaks.. This was a beautiful home but has not been maintained. It is a shame. RealJoy did try to help and we appreciated that. They brought propane and grill tools and a portable AC and had someone look at dishwasher but that should have been done before we arrived. The property needs an overhaul. No one should use the 3rd floor for sleeping - it simply can’t cool off up there. Such a disappointment for a much anticipated family get-together. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY BEFORE INQUIRING AS TO IF THESE ISSUES HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED. It would be a fantastic property to rent that can fit a lot of people if they can get all of the things fixed and cleaned and painted. The condition of the home really put a damper on our vacation and my adult children that had to stay on the third floor did not sleep any of the four nights we were there due to the heat. And I have not addressed all of the issues that we had with this unit

Overall great experience.

We were able to room our wedding party of 20 perfectly although the 3rd floor bedroom did not have the sleeper couch in it as advertised. The kitchen/living room flows very well for your party to congregate. Very short walk to the beach accesses and shopping centers so you won’t need to drive your vehicle anywhere. Recommend renting golf carts instead. Only complaint is the house does get warm sometimes so possibly bring a fan. Everything else was perfect and we highly recommend this place - XRP

This was the perfect spot for our entire family to stay together in one location. Very spacious. Great for multi family stays.

We were able to room our wedding party of 20 perfectly although the 3rd floor bedroom did not have the sleeper couch in it as advertised. The kitchen/living room flows very well for your party to congregate. Very short walk to the beach accesses and shopping centers so you won’t need to drive your vehicle anywhere. We are college freshmen from Ole Miss and the property was great except that it stays hot and some of the doors don’t close. The pool is also way smaller than the pictures make it seem. It definitely needs landscape work

Good: 1. Good size house centered around the kitchen. Perfect for friends and family to hangout together 2. Close to the beach, very short walk. The beach is gorgeous 3. Clean rooms, comfortable beds 4. Kids loved the pool 😀 5. Ample parking space, we parked 1 minivan and 4 cars 6. Close to shopping places Not so good 1. Backyard could use more lighting 2. No firewood for the firepit. We couldn’t find any in nearby stores, so had to use the fireblocks from Publix

This is a great property to invite a large group of friends and family. It was very clean, well equipped, and a shirt walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!
