Great value for money when staying in Mersing.
All staff were lovely and really helpful, they let us keep our bags there after checkout as our ferrry to tioman wasn’t until 4pm.
Decent size room and en-suite for money.

위치는 그럭저럭 괜찮았고 직원이 영어를 잘 해.
앞으로는 화장실이 꼭 호실 내에 있는 곳으로 가야겠어.
그리고 엘리베이터와 냉장고도 필요해.

J’avais des toilettes séparées à l’extérieur de ma chambre qui n’était pas de grand luxe, mais propre!

The location. Within walking to Mersing jetty and a lot of shops nearby.
No lift. I have to bring my luggage up the stairs.

One of the few hotels with late check-in.
The bathroom was completely wet when we checked in (hours after check-in was possible). No toilet paper provided. It was not really well (sound) isolated. Quite expensive for what it actually offers.

the location was good. the stuff was very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was nice. there was free water and soap as well as towels.
it was not super super tidy/clean, but alright.
water pressure from the shower indeed was low. unfortunately there was no van, only AC
