I got ripped off for $500, the caretaker and the Manager work together to rip people off they advertise for a 4 bedroom house then wait till your in Broome then call you to ask how many rooms should the care taker make. There was no mention of a caretaker so I asked. For money back then the Manager gets. Involved and adds to the lies about the booking and then basically rips me. Off for $500

There was no breakfast provided. The pool was perfect.

There were t towels available until I asked for some. The location was a little to far out of town. The place just needs a little TLC and it would be great.

Absolutely nothing to like about this accommodation. The customer care was extremely poor, on arriving we was greeted by the caretaker who was drunk and reeking of alcohol.

Our family had travelled far for a funeral with our pet to be told on arrival that pets are no longer welcome because of the previous gest even though the accommodation had advertised pet friendly. Due to this Unfortunately they said we couldn't stay but still insisted on taking our money. This booking was an absolute disappointment. I would never recommend this accommodation for anyone. In total, we lost $780, not including the costs of us to book another room. The whole entire place was a mess and rooms had a disgusting smell pool was dirty. This was by far the worst booking iv made with bookings.com in the last 10 years

Helpful caretaker

This property was advertised as wheelchair accessible and this was confirmed via messages with the host prior to arrival. However, this was not the case at all, making for a very uncomfortable and undignified experience for the member of our party in a wheelchair. In addition, the caretaker had not been informed of our booking and so was unaware that we were arriving. The house was therefore not clean on arrival. Lights in the bedrooms didn’t work. There was a drainage issue in the bathroom, causing putrid smells. The dishes were dirty. There was no space in the drive. The list could go on! On discussion with the host after our stay, he was incredibly rude and offered no apology about the above issues. This is definitely not the luxurious stay promised in the ad. Avoid!

the three bedrooms are separate outside felt a bit strange having kids in a complete separate space.
