We had a fantastic stay at this property on the beach. The view from the balcony is fabulous, including the beautiful sunsets! We loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Plus, the restaurants in the area are very close and delicious. The owners were very helpful in making sure all of needs were met. We would definitely stay again!

The owners were very responsive and the unit was very nice. There are lots of restaurants nearby and there is great access to the beach. Renters should be away that paid laundry is only available outside the unit on each floor. There were plenty of plates, cups, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, etc for eating in. However, most other supplies are lacking. There are more limited towels than typical, you have to rent a beach towel for $5, no spices other than salt & pepper, few kitchen staples, and no laundry soap is on hand. Paper supplies, trash bags, and other staples are very limited. I would still recommend this VRBO, but know ahead to plan to bring some items from home or visit the store for everything you need for cooking. You will love the beach - lots of good shells!!

This property is better than the photos. Every amenity was available for a great beach vacation and for holiday dinner preparation. It was an effortless and relaxing experience and convenient to the pool, beach, and restaurants. Parking was easy. There were two wash cloths per bathroom, so pack appropriately. Our family of nine people was very comfortable in the space. Sherri answered all of our questions and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok with the property. We enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I went to Sherry & Tim’s property for a week to celebrate our 50th birthdays! It was a wonderful stay, as described and by all means spacious and perfect in accommodating all 5 of us! The accessibility of the pool and ocean was absolutely perfect and the added addition of dolphins each morning started off the day’s perfectly!!! Thank you for a fantastic stay, we’re looking forward to returning at some point.

The condo unit was spacious and provided easy access to the beach and pool. The condo was clean and the check-in/out process was quick and simple. Wonderful view of the beach and water. While sitting on the balcony enjoying the beach/water view, we spotted dolphins in the distance almost every day. The local coffee shop across the street was convenient for coffee on the go.

We had the best time on our short stay (Thur - Sun). So many things to do between Reddington and Treasure Island - the trolley was very convenient.
The condo was just perfect - having the 3 bed/3 bath set-up was so nice! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and 2 little ones under 6. Beautiful updated decor really helped make our stay nice and comfortable. The beach was great, we could keep an eye on everyone from the balcony. Would love to come back again!

This unit was awesome, clean, and beautiful but smaller but more costly than similar properties we have utilized on the gulf side of Florida. Owner was amazingly helpful. Unit was advertised as beach-front but it is a corner unit with a balcony with some beach facing views but also with a parking lot view.

My five friends and I loved this 3 bed / 3 bath condo. Access to the beach and pool was easy. The office staff was very accomodating.

The unit was clean, spacious and beautiful. We loved the fact that the unit had three bedrooms and three bathrooms. In addition, had a view from each room. The sunrise and sunsets were a sight to see. My family was very pleased and we will definitely look to revisit in the near future.

The property is as beautiful, convenient and big as advertised. We stayed with our 4 grown kids and had plenty of room. The living room and large dining table were perfect. We spent plenty of time on the porch and loved the view and the sounds. The beach is so close and the pool is great for a change of.pace. Sherry was very responsive as an owner and has made her place perfect for our stay. We even got married on the pier overlooking the beach. It was a spectacular stay.

Overall amazing place to stay. Having the 3 bedrooms and an en-suite bathrooms is great for 3 families. The balcony has great views.
We had some issues with cleanliness but the management group came and changed the sheets. Also had issues with the lack of hot water which the owner called the plumber and it was fixed.
The access to the beach is awesome and we loved how the beach and pool were never too crowded.
The owners are so quick to respond and really want you to have a great stay. Our only suggestion for them is to make sure the cleaning staff does their job!
We will stay again for sure!

The unit was clean and very nice, and the setup of three bedrooms with three bathrooms worked great for the adults and kids in our group. The master bedroom and also the back bedroom had an extra door that really helped with privacy and sound. Communication with Sherry, the owner, was excellent.

Words can’t describe how great it was to be be back in my home state and stay at a place that made it feel even more so! Sherry and Tim are excellent hosts and their property is amazing! My family and I were able to unwind and enjoy the “island time”. Timely communication and smooth check-in process make it even more easy to stay there again and recommend Sherry and Tim and anyone who asks. What a lovely spot to spend time with friends. The unit is fully updated, comfortable and has lots of nice touches. Balcony wraps around and has a fantastic view. We enjoyed breakfast outside and watched the sunset. Sherry is a great host and has created a wonderful spot to enjoy a beach vacation.

This was a great property for a nice relaxing vacation, and accommodated our 7 adults easily. The views from the balcony are stunning! We saw manatees in the Gulf every morning right from.the balcony. It was also very convenient having the pool and hot tub to use at our leisure.

Sherry was super responsive and very nice. Condo is as nice as the pictures, family room area is perfect size and bedrooms are very spacious. Balcony is huge and comfortably fits 6 people.

We just returned from our stay and are already missing it! The pictures don’t do it justice! We loved the unit and the location. We had more than enough space and everything was clean. Sherry was great at quickly responding throughout the entire process, starting with when we were looking for a place. Once we booked, everything was always communicated thoroughly and in a timely manner, I never had to ask for anything! The check-in process was easy, as well as accessing the unit, beach, and parking lot. We were easily able to get grocery and food deliveries. We will definitely be returning!

Sherry owns a wonderful property and is excellent with communication. Our family of 6 adults was arriving very early and fortunately the unit was going to be available. Sherry and property management allowed us to check in early for a reasonable fee. The unit was clean and well equipped. There were even very nice beach chairs and a cooler that we used. The location is within walking distance to some great restaurants and driving anywhere is easy. Parking was covered and also very easy. Our family very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

We rented the condo for a large group family vacation. It was great! Each family has their own room and bathroom. Spacious condo and great view of the ocean. It was nice having both the ocean and pool/hot tub readily available. Great location if you want to be close to shops/restaurants but don’t want them in your backyard. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation and will consider re renting in the future.

The conndo was perfect for our group of three couples. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom was just what we wanted. We were able to gather in the living room or on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view. There is a nice pool and hot tub on the property as well as being right on the beach. Sherry was attentive and great to work with. Next time we are heading to St. Pete Beach, this is absolutely where we wil stay!

The condo offered everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and well suited for 6 adults. Nice to have beach chairs available. Deck extended living area and great for watching sunsets. Close to restaurants and could often walk to the restaurants.

We booked this condo almost last minute for quick family getaway before Christmas. Booking was easy. Communication with owners after booking as well as before, during, and after was very easy.
The condo was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were roomy.
Upon arrival I was slightly disappointed the condo wasn’t “gulf front”. After sitting on the couch and watching the sunset from the front and side view, suddenly I didn’t notice the front condo barely blocking my
Gulf front view. The condo had gulf front view as well as side view from the balcony that gave about 180 degrees view in total.
If you like coffee, you must try the gypsy soul coffee shop across the street. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to relax. Big box stores within 20 minutes. Tampa about 45 minutes. If you travel during Christmas time, check out the boat parade.

My mother loves the beach so for her 80th Birthday we all spent the weekend at your beautiful beachfront condo. She had a great time just sitting on the patio and we were lucky enough to have some beautiful sunsets! The condo is exactly as pictured, clean, and spacious enough for all of us!

The view from the 5th floor was amazing. Waking up to the sound of the ocean everyday was such a blessing. The property was very roomy and well decorated. We felt right at home. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and hospitable.

First of all , the pictures on Vrbo don’t do this property justice . In my experience the pictures always look better than the actual property . In this case that is not true at all. The property is much better than the photos . The rooms are large and the decor is refreshing . The huge balcony has a 4 seat table top, love seat and 2 comfortable chairs to enjoy the magnificent sun sets . The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need . The big screen tvs ( in all bedrooms as well) offer plenty of entertainment .Each bedroom also has its own on suite .Sherry and Tim are great host . Sherry was responsive ( in minutes ) to any texts or questions I had . It really was stress free and easy to rent the condo . You won’t be disappointed .
