Nico was great at communicating and making sure our stay was perfect. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs and have space to spread out. It was cozy, comfortable and clean. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We booked this home for the holidays to have an annex house while visiting family who lives in Sparks. We were quite comfortable. The beds are comfy and everyone commented on that! We had plenty of linens and The kitchen was well stocked. It’s also pet friendly and we were happy to have a secure backyard. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. Nico was a great host and very responsive to our questions. We would definitely rent here again.

We loved this house and the yard for our doggies. We stayed for almost two weeks and it felt like our second home.
It was very comfortable. The neighbor hood is beautiful and quiet. House and grounds are as nice as pictured. Great place to stay for baseball tournaments at Golden Eagle Park. We will always stay here when traveling to Reno. Our host Nico deserves 6 stars! Great customer service.

Our experience was great. The house was clean and spacious having the back yard made it nice to hang out and relax.

I was very pleased with how nice this home was. My little dogs absolutely loved the fully fenced backyard which was immaculately landscaped. You can tell a lot of work goes into keeping everything well maintained. Plus the Sparks neighborhood is fairly quiet, but it’s also conveniently close to lots of stores and parks. Highly recommend.

The house was very well stocked and supplied and very clean . Beds very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed and more . We will definitely stay again if I’m the area .
