The room was spacious and clean, the view was spectacular, the gym was up to standard, the public spaces of the building are lovely - palm trees and a waterfall. Matan, the manager was lovely. The facilities in the room worked well - refrigerator, faucets, hot water, coffee machine, televisions, closets.

The beachfront location is amazing; In front of one of the best beaches in Hertzlyia. The pool is fantastic, complete and the lifeguard is always very attentive to everything and helpful. The room is complete, spacious and with everything you need for a short stay. We will return for sure to the same place and to the same room!

The staff at the reception of the building (not the apartment), very unhelpful and in a bad mood. He was not willing to help or collaborate with what was requested.

Swimming pool was closed until end of April - we could go to the swimming pool of the next door building but that is an inside pool - that was a bit of a disappointment especially on the very busy beach days of the easter holidays - we were hoping for some quiet pool time

Location is great. Looks clean and well taken care of. Nice building well designed. Good bathroom with water pressure. Very good communication with owner and staff answering all questions and show that they care for you.

There is no balcony to enjoy the view. Unfortunately the guys in the reception of the building were not that polite and helpful, but for this the owner was not responsible i quess.

The entrance to the apartments is beautiful and location is excellent…very close to the sea! We stayed in a studio, it was a good size for a small family and had all basic needs covered. Staff also brought a cot for our child.

Studio was a bit dated and could use some refurbishment + a new sofa ( ours was slightly broken). Clean widows would also improve a really beautiful sea view.
