Proximity to downtown is excellent (little over a mile). House is cute and is in what I'd call a "transitional neighborhood." Never once did we feel unsafe, but we did have the occasional panhandler. TV in front room did not work for live TV; probably user error (owner did try to help us promptly via text message).

House was perfect for us and another couple in town for our daughters Sorority Family weekend. Plenty of parking, easy to get in/out of the house, close to our daughters and lovely house with a big yard that would be great to use and sit by the firepit if it wasn't raining!

Close to all the restaurants and things to do but nice, quiet area. Huge fenced in yard, beautiful home was clean and had the most comfortable furniture.

The house is updated and very clean. It has a huge back yard with a great fire pit to relax by (even though we did not have a chance to use it). The neighborhood seems to be a very quiet area just minutes to downtown Athens and UGA. It is perfect for a quick get away.

House was great and centrally located. The yard was amazing - big and fenced in - our dog loved it! While we didn't get a chance to use the firepit, I definitely would have liked to as it seemed like a great place to hang out. The property manager was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to questions.

We all was impressed with the mattress. My dad wants a new bed now. Place was very clean, neat and had all the essentials needed to feel like home. Host was fantastic!
