Summit #91 had all the comforts of home with thoughtful additions throughout the condo. There was just two of us in this one bedroom condo, but we felt like there would be room for more. The kitchen had everything we needed. The fireplace was awesome and the couch/chair comfy. The refrigerator had plenty of room. The building was nice and quiet while we were there. We love Mammoth and can’t wait for our next visit!

We have stayed at this place for two nights at beginning of June. Except the door’s security lock seems to require some repair, otherwise, everything else is great. Will consider to book again in future.

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and inviting. The proximity to Eagle Lodge was great. Having underground parking was helpful in such a snowy winter. I'd definitely stay here again!

Nice place. Great location to mountain, walk to ski lift and Eagle Lodge. Farther from town, cannnot walk to dinner/drinks. Comfy unit, well stocked with the essentials.

Loved it- super easy to get to on the green/yellow lines. Place was clean, well stocked, and comfy. Nice shared hot tub area. Not much around for nightlife in the area, close access to Eagle. Bring 5$ in quarters if you plan on doing laundry!

Great location close to Eagle lodge. Great spacious 1 BDR condo with working appliances. Condo was well heated. Refrigerator was so clean I believe it must have been brand new. Price was excellent, we got what we paid for.

While I wish they had bunk beds, the sofa bed worked for our children (10 and 8 y/o). The 10 y/o took the sofa bed and we covered the 2 oversized couch seat cushions in sheets and made a makeshift bed on the floor for our little guy. They didn't mind this arrangement at all. The location can't be beat- this building and Grand at Summit are as close as you can get to Eagle lift unless you stay at Juniper Springs. Everything worked well and the unit was easily heated to a comfortable level (which can be hard to find in other units). thank you for a great stay. Just FYI- no rooftop boxes on your car - the garage height limit is 6'9'' for this parking spot.

Loved this condo! Large living space with nice furniture, super comfy king bed, great kitchen with plenty of nice cookware, dishware, good knives and even spices and coffee! Plus, underground parking garage and 5-minute walk to the Eagle express lift! Communication with the rental company and hosts was excellent. Would definately stay here again!

The space of the rental was perfect and location is good. Underground parking was convenient. Only drawback was that the main living space is cold! The person sleeping on the pull out couch will need to bundle up.

If you are looking to take lessons or base your ski trip out of eagle lodge, this place is perfect. 5 minute walk from door to lift. Owners were easy to communicate with and accommodations were as advertised. I would, without a doubt, book here again.

The place was a little bigger and a little closer to the Eagle base than expected (~250 yards from door to lift as measured on Google).
When we arrived, the main heat wasn't working but communication was excellent and we got a space heater delivered and most of the heat working quickly (the fireplace was not fixed while we were there, but we didn't need it).
Good place with easy checkin/out and parking that met all our needs.

Comfortable stay. Only complaint is the primary heater in main room didn't work our last night and property management was not able to help after being notified.
