We had a great stay! The property manager was very communicative and prompt. You can't beat the location...right on Front St. and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. Our unit was clean and had all the necessary features for a weekend getaway. The only less than stellar part of our stay was the cleanliness of the building that the unit is located in. It was also a bit noisy, but that's to be expected with an apartment on the main street. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves!

The studio apartment had all that was needed for a full set up weekend. It was spotless and conveniently walkable to all downtown establishments as well as the beach. I will be staying here again.
(Only thing that was a bit of a downer was some construction work was going on to the building and I got a flat tire found on Sunday morning at 7am - Ugh!)

Can’t beat the location or the apartment. Perfect for a single or couple. Could use a loveseat and bedside lamps but otherwise perfect.

Easy to rent and communicate with property manager. Enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

The property looked just like the pictures. Very clean and neat. The check in process was simple and communicating with property manager was very simple. It was nice being in walking distance from downtown shops. There was only a few things: the air did not work good, hot water was not the best, and very noisy at some times of the day since being right by downtown. Other than that, a very nice stay!

Very clean, nice. The bed is extremely firm so if you like that, you’ll love this! I have zero complaints besides that. The lock system is very convenient and Riley was quick to respond with everything. Convenient location.

Our trip to Traverse City was such a blast and our stay was a big part of it. Last time we visited TC we got to experience Little Fleet and the downtown area and wanted to be within walking distance.
10 mins away from our favorite winery and a stones throw away from the beach. Space was as described and well maintained. We can’t way to come back.
